Short but very beautiful.

The location 5 minutes from the cathedral and looking out on the river that runs through the town was superb. Inside the apartment was quite modern, which made a nice contrast.

Ideally located apartment in historic area of Chartres, within easy walk of cathedral, restaurants and shops. Parking very close by. Warm and comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities for an overnight stay.

Such a cute apartment! Located on a quiet street overlooking the river, minutes to the cathedral and center of town. 15 minute walk to the train station. Spotlessly clean, great water pressure, super hot water. Easy instructions to get in and find. Very secure. Coffee and Madeleines, a lovely touch. Host available in an instant. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful newly refurbished apartment right on the river with super views.

Very cosy, clean apartment refurbished to a high standard. We loved the location right on the river. Plus, the proximity to the Cathedral. We so enjoyed the light show projected onto the bridge right outside the apartment, quite magical. We were really disappointed that we were only staying for one night.

A nice place to stay in Chartres

The location was fine. It’s a short walk into the center of town. There is a nice view out of the window. There was a washing machine, which was nice because it was time to wash our clothes. There was no dryer, but that was not a problem because there is a laundromat across the street and we used the dryer there.

This is not the proprietor’s fault, but the parking and traffic/logistics in Chartres is very difficult. It took us two hours to unload our suitcases and park the car in a safe spot. We realize not everybody would have this experience.

We appreciated the location but more could have been offered.

Location. Very comfortable bed. Great shower.

Dark entrance - needed a flashlight to enter the code for the key lockbox. No English translation of instructions, especially needed for the stove. No extra towels (they were offered but we would have had to stay around and wait to get them). Very dull knives. Communication inconsistent.

Perfect refuge in quiet and peaceful location nearby restaurants and short walk to cathedral.

Lovely spot by the river with fridge and stovetop to cook breakfast and make tea.

Only preference would have been espresso machine instead of coffee maker.

Returning from the evening viewing of the cathedral light show, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the bridge out

The location was safe, quiet & perfect for exploring the old town & visiting the cathedral. The totally updated modern apartment was stylishly decorated & immaculate.

The bed is very small, a double by American standards. Replacing the sofa with a pullout bed would be a good option.

I would recommend it to anyone

I really appreciated finding everything to make my stay welcoming and have a true feeling of home. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even a diffuser for the hairdryer. The location was Excellent.

Great stay in a beautiful historic town

Full of character old house overlooking the river. Sympathetically modernised. Close to everything. Comfortable bed, bath, fridge, clean flat. Useful suggestions concerning free parking nearby.

The eating arrangement in the kitchen is a bit awkward, but it's not a big issue since you'll probably only eat breakfast there anyway

Great location, nice place to stay

The location of the apartment was perfect. We were awed by the Chartres night-time illuminations - and thrilled that there were projections onto our little bridge, so we could watch from the window! A very nice place to stay.

The sleeping arrangements didn't quite work for us.

Just perfect for a single traveler.

Very snug place in an excellent location. I really liked staying here and wish I could have stayed longer. Comfortable, clean, well laid out, and right on the river with an excellent place to eat just a stones throw away. Nice neighborhood. Parking was easy, just a short walk away. A quick walk up the hill puts you right at the city's tourist information center and in an excellent location to walk around the city.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location

Very nice apartment in a great location overlooking the river in the Old Town. Very clean and comfortable, with everything provided, including a well equipped kitchen. Great communication from Kevin who is easy to contact if you need anything.

L'arrivée en voiture, un peu compliquée du fait de travaux. Il faut préciser d'arriver par la rue de la tannerie. Ce qui permet également d'accéder au parking proche.

Séjour fantastique au bord de l'Eure

Appartement refait à neuf avec des produits de qualité et une décoration et un agencement vraiment bien pensés. Appartement en bord de l'Eure avec vue sur le cours d'eau. Très au calme nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Central pour visiter Chartres. Parking municipal payant en face de l'appartement (sauf dimanche et jours fériés). Petites attentions pour le petit déjeuné. Si l'on revient sur Chartres, on sait ou réserver!

Logement impeccable et très bien équipé, charmante vue sur l'Eure

Nous aurions du mettre le chauffage tout de suite en arrivant, la pièce principale est longue à chauffer et nous avons eu un peu froid la nuit.

La posizione, cucina e bagno ben arredati.

Letto piccolo e addossato al muro, posto accanto alla porta del bagno. La ricerca del parcheggio in strada è lasciata all'iniziativa dell'ospite anche se l'alloggio è pubblicizzato come se ne disponesse.

L'alloggio è molto carino, ben arredato e affacciato sul fiume a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. La dimensione dell'appartamento è adeguata con anche un salottino per i momenti di relax.

La macchina del caffè aveva cialde molto particolari: sarebbe stato meglio averne qualcuna in più per poter fare colazione sempre in casa

l'emplacement parfait pour un court séjour à Chartres: 5 mn de la cathédrale, vue sur l'Eure de la fenêtre de l'appartement : on peut voir même la scène de Chartres lumineux le soir au pont bouju depuis la fenêtre Le propriétaire Kévin est très réactif sur message Booking bien qu'on ne se voit pas, arrangement pour checkin plutôt, le service de ménage est bien fait aussi

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Die Einrichtung in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Besonders überrascht hat uns die wunderbare Dusche mit wirklich warmen Wasser, trotz Altbau. Alles war gut. Wir haben die Küche nicht benutzt, aber alles hat einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht.

Es war etwas schwierig, über das Fußende ins Bett zu kommen. Aber etwas Gymnastik ist ja gesund. Kein Grund zu Kritik!

Entspannt und anregend zugleich

Sehr schnuckelige, saubere und großzügige Wohnung in reizender Lage am Flüsschen Eure. Wir machten schöne Spaziergänge in der kleinen Stadt und entlang des Flusses. Die Kathedrale ist ja bekanntlich einmalig!
