Funktionell ausgestattetes Apartment mit schönem Ambiente in ruhiger Lage in einer Sackgasse. Gratis Parkplätze vorm Haus. Lift. Sensationelle Lage hinsichtlich der Kathedrale und dem kleinen Venedig. Tolle Restaurants und Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Trotz der hervorragenden Sauberkeit waren womöglich der großen Hitze geschuldet viele Mücken in der Nähe der Abwasch.

Auf den ersten Blick sauber, praktische Einrichtung
Wir haben uns entschieden, nicht zu bleiben. Im Treppenhaus des größeren Wohnkomplexes hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Die vermeintlich kostenlosen Parkplätze sind nicht als solche gekennzeichnet, es gibt jedoch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Beim Parken wurden wir von mehreren Nachbarn gemustert und haben uns gefragt, ob die Vermietung der Wohnung erlaubt bzw. toleriert wird. Die Wohnung selbst schien sauber, es roch jedoch stark nach Raumduft.
