Convenient stay in Chartres City Centre ...

I liked very much the location, the easy way of retrieving the keys, the clean and charming appartment. The parking facility so closeby was very much appreciated. One can visit the old city centre easily walking.

A great flat, clean and well equipped, very close to the centre of town.

Great location

Confusing information about the entry procedure. Two flights of narrow stairs, not appropriate for anyone with even a slight disability. Car parking instructions not good and potentially could cost another 21 euros if you get them wrong. Shower in a poor state, low pressure and spray does not stay in place, totally inadequate.

Nicely refurbished apartment in centuries old house in the very centre of the town. Free parking in the parking garage included.

The needs of guests have been ignored in what could be an excellent apartment.

The flat was perfectly clean.

The owner appeared reluctant to have guests! Lots of, often silly, rules about what couldn't be done e.g. not running an Escort service! The guests are expected to leave the apartment as they found it with the threat of charges. This even extended to disposing of rubbish. There was lots if information about how to operate the shower - these were needed because there is a useless low flow system in place which made it very difficult to get a warm shower. ( The heating has restrictions but, as it was warm, I didn't need to use the system but would suspect that it will also be restricted. There were no instructions ( written or verbal ) about how to exit the car park on departure. I know that the park had number plate recognition and assumed that would allow me to leave but I had to pay €21 because I didn't have the sensor card that I had put back in the key safe. I sent a message to the owner but never received a response.

Belle etape pour une ou deux nuits

L’appartement est très bien situé au cœur de Chartres .La proximité d’un parking ,accessible avec le pass récupéré dans l’appartement est un vrai plus .

Nous étions déjà venus il y a 2 ou 3 ans et la literie était ,à cette époque de meilleure qualité. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit et avons rencontré quelques petits désagréments dont le propriétaire était au courant-fuite au niveau de la chasse d'eau nous contraignant à fermer le robinet à chaque fois, fusible de la cafetière et du grille pain ayant sauté. Comme ce n’était que pour une nuit ,on aurait préféré que ce soit repéré avant notre venue .De même, il serait temps de remplacer le canapé

Appartement très bien situé dans une rue calme. Literie très confortable. La place réservée au parking a proximité immédiate est un plus appréciable.

Wifi très poussif. Mais peut-être était-ce conjoncturel ?
