Location. Easy to walk into city centre. Good accessible parking.
Great Cathedral view.

Shutters beside bed seemed to be broken, so couldn't open for light.

Amazing view to the Cathedral. Fully equipped appartments with everything You need for shorter or longer stay. Perfect location to explore the city or to stay overnight travelling from/to Paris. Very clear instructions how to find the place, parking and check-in both check-out.
The bed was a bit to soft, but this is up to each personal habits.

A nice, modern, clean apartment
The view of the cathedral from the dining table.
The car parking spaces are too narrow for modern cars. It didn't affect us because no-one parked in the adjacent space. If they had, however, getting in & out of the car would have been very difficult.
The bathroom sink had no plug which made getting a wet shave in the morning difficult. The seat on the balcony was unsafe to sit on and needs replacing. These are all minor points but if it wasn't for these I would have given a score of 10/10.

l'emplacement avec la vue cathédrale, le parking proche de l'immeuble, appartement agréable en étage élevé, douche spacieuse.
L'évier de cuisine qui se vidait péniblement le jour de l'arrivée, s'est bouché totalement le lendemain.
La poubelle de la salle de bain pas vidée.
Pas réussi à ouvrir le convertible dans le salon, heureusement l'assise était large.
