A very good family alternative to a hotel in Chartres.

Clean, comfortable. Quiet residential neighbourhood but easy to get into central Chartres. Friendly and responsive host.

Someone elderly or with limited mobility might find the stairs tricky. But we had no problem.

This was a great place to relax and sleep while visiting Chartres.

Off-road car parking, washing machine, exterior terrace, air conditioning and spotless cleanliness.

The stairs are very steep and could be daunting for some people.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment

The apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated and well equipped including easy-to-use washing machine and dishwasher. Everything was ready for our arrival even when we arrived two hours early! All the beds were really comfortable including the futon and the bed-settee. We really enjoyed our time in Chartres and the owner made us feel welcome.

There was nothing I didn't like. A clothes airer would be helpful as the washing machine is great.

Séjour agréable

Appartement propre et bien équipé . Bien placé, endroit calme . On a bien dormi donc les couchages étaient confortables. Chauffage largement suffisant. Sébastian a toujours été disponible et très réactif ( on a eu une modification importante imprévue au milieu de notre séjour) . Grand séchoir gentillement prêté rapidement ( les serviettes à sécher après le centre aquatique) . Les escaliers sont assez étroits mais tout est bien sécurisé avec 2 rambardes

Séjour parfait ! Logement impeccable, propriétaire aux petits soins et toujours disponible. Les petites attentions (nécessaire de toilette, friandises…) nous ont vraiment touchés, un vrai plus qui rend l’expérience unique.

Logement tout neuf et très chouette. Tout à fait adapté pour notre usage à 5 pour une nuit. La voiture garée dans la cours. Les coukies et céréales mis à disposition. Silence et confort. Génial quoi.

Juste le canapé lit du salon qui est très répondu dans les BNB mais qui gagnerait à être plus confortable si plusieurs nuits...

Sehr sauber und ordentlich, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ruhige angenehme Lage.

Die Treppe ist sehr steil und das Geländer etwas wackelig. Oberer Bereich sehr warm - war aber auch eine Hitzewelle...

Un viaggio indimenticabile

Un piccolo alloggio, molto curato, ci si sta comodamente in 4 persone, arredamento moderno. Non manca nulla, ha anche il posto auto privato. E' su due piani con una scaletta stretta, ma una volta che arrivi al piano superiore rimani incantata. Ha un piccolo angolo esterno sul retro della casa dove sedersi durante la sera. C'era il necessario per la colazione e per questo grazie. E' una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Vicina alle cattedrale e al centro città . Vale la pena vederla anche di notte con tutti i giochi di luce sulla cattedrale e lungo il fiume che scorre nella cittadina. Un incanto.

Appartamento delizioso e accogliente. Pulitissimo e ben organizzato. Ottimo forno che supplisce la mancanza del microonde, cucina ben fornita. Self check-in e check out ma il proprietario è super presente via chat o telefono. c'è il Parcheggio privato, un po' stretto. Letto comodissimo, bel bagno funzionale. l'appartamento è in una zona residenziale, per cui molto silenziosa. è necessaria la macchina per arrivare in centro o una bella camminata di 30 minuti.
