Excellent location with very convenient access to the city centre. 5-10 min walk and you're outside the Minster. Very clean, lovely spacious accommodation. We have all said we will return for our next York visit.
Nothing! Heating was a little fussy to control but that could be us!
Only thing my parents who stayed said is that it should more clearly say that one room is a bunk bed. It is shown in pictures but not all would look through all pics.

Clean, family friendly accommodation. Suitable for children. They have minimal but modern decoration and sturdy furniture - nothing where the children could knock their heads on, no breakable ornaments. The layout was also nice. All basic supplies were in the property: coffee, tea, washing up liquid. Not sure if this is standard or not so we tried to replace what we used 🙃
If I had to be critical some coat hangers would be handy - but this is really the only thing I could say.

Near to the city of york
When run hot water very loud noise, had a dishwasher but not a lot of cutlery or plates. Had trouble getting into property when got there, phoned Samuel but he did not answer the phone, but after a while told me they had trouble with front door to flat, told us we had to fiddle with the lock, so in the end got in, but it needs to be look at.
Also not a lot of dishes to put in oven if wanted to cook and make a meal. Also could do with more plugs in kitchen, also no dishes to put in microwave if wanted to cook in their. .
