Wonderful few days in a fantastic apartment located in a perfect place. So beautiful and scenic.

Beautiful property, immaculately clean. It was in a lovely quiet area but close to the town with all its amenities. It had everything we could have needed, we don’t cook whilst on holiday but it had the facilities to if we had wanted to.. The bed was amazing, so much room! We had a great time.

Nothing at all to dislike. We had an initial problem opening the gate with the code that was swiftly sorted by Andreas. Everything was wonderful.

Location, location, location. Car Parking. Kitchen facilities.

Make sure you read the air-conditioning instructions, otherwise, you may be kept awake all night by the noise. Pillows were not conducive to a good night's sleep.

Overall loved it and would come back

It had everything you could need. Good coffee. The bed was huge and the terrace was a great touch that somehow made it feel bigger and not crowded. We didn't use the sauna but that is also a nice thing to have if you enjoy it. We had a big file with every info we needed, including options for dinner. Kitchen had everything. Felt clean and cosy.

It is somehow located in a basement (don't know how to explain it exactly) and it felt a little bit weird. Not really in the city center, more a residential area but walking distance to everywhere and everything.

The nest stay in Bolzano2

Everything i need is in one place. It had a comfortable parking lot in front of the unit. This located near the piazza, And the room itself is extraordinary. We came on January so its cold, but the room is warm. Another home appliances realllyy complete. The room is clean, the bathroom superbbb, and too bad we havent had time to do sauna :( Will recommend this place to friends🩷

Lovely high tech place, very clean and quiet.

Location was a easy walk into the main town. Very (and I mean very!) clean and the kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. We cooked breakfast every am easily. The dishwasher was a benefit. Lots of storage and places to place luggage and a washing machine which worked well, however I didn't know how to use the dryer portion. I thought the bed was comfortable and it was huge.

No view, but we knew that going into the agreement. Family room/apartment next door, could hear them in the am, but not a deal breaker. We just used earplugs. Maybe have a drying rack available, I like to hang clothes.

Very clean, quiet & comfortable

Very clean. All the comforts of home. Loved sitting on the little patio enjoying a glass of wine. Washing machine was really nice. Very quiet. Nice large comfortable bed.

The current central air conditioner system kinda works, but not cool enough for us but we were lucky and it was cool at night so we opened the big slider door and we were plenty comfortable. The electric window shades gave you plenty of privacy & flow of air.

Romantischer Aufenthalt bei aufmerksamen Vermietern

Die Lage der Fewo ist 15 Min. Spaziergang vom Zentrum entfernt. Gehobene Wohngegend, sehr ruhig, kurze Strecken zu ausgeschriebenen Wanderwegen. Das Angebot der Wohnung ist hochwertig ( z.B. DeLonghi Kaffeemaschine, Bosch Wasch-Trockner ). Per QR Code werden alle Bedienungsanleitungen aufs Handy geladen. Riesiges Bett, Doppeldusche, Saunabenutzung möglich, romantisches Dampffeuer, kleine möbilierte Terrasse. Bozen ist größer als wir erwartet hatten, aber es bietet eine schöne Altsatdt mit vielen Restaurants, unzähligen Shops und schönen alten Gebäuden. Ab Hbf gibt es einen Rundbus, der in ein paar Minuten zu Fewo fährt - außer an Sonntagen. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ab Bozen, per PKW, Bahn oder Bus, sowie ruhige Wanderwege für alle Ansprüche.

Die Wohnung liegt souterrain, die Sonne scheint leider nicht hinein. Es liegt eine zweite Fewo direkt nebenan. Leider gibt eine keine nennenswerte Dämmung, somit kann der Nachbar störend sein.

Einfach perfekt ❤️

Wir waren für einen Zwischenstopp für 2 Nächte in Bozen und sofort sehr angetan von dem liebevolle eingerichteten Appartement. Kombiniert mit der absolut zentralen Lage und dem überaus netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern machten unseren Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. Da ich es vorab in mehreren Fragen gelesen hatte: JA, das Bett reicht LOCKER auch für 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😁

Nie jest to romantyczny apartament jak sugeruje nazwa.

Obiekt położony blisko centrum miasta, w spokojnej dzielnicy. Czysta i przestronna łazienka.

Brak działającej klimatyzacji i WiFi. Apartament mieści się w piwnicy, jest ciemno, brak dziennego światła, nawet śniadanie trzeba było robić przy włączonym świetle. Obok mieszkała inna rodzina która hałasowała do późnych godzin nocnych i wcześnie rano. Ciągle budziły nas dźwięki otwieranych drzwi. Nie mogliśmy się wyspać.

Es war OK

An der Unterkunft hat uns die extrem gute Lage besonders gut gefallen. Es hat keine 10 min zu Fuß gedauert und man war in der Altstadt von Bozen. Auch das die Unterkunft mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist fanden wir wir super. Das große Bett war auch klasse.

Die Unterkunft war sehr hellhörig. Wenn die nebenan liegende Ferienwohnung in der Nacht gekocht hat, wurde man durch den Krach in der Küche und durch durch den Geruch geweckt. Manchmal war bis 1-2 Uhr immer was los. Somit hatten wir uns unseren Ferien kaum eine Nacht richtig schlafen können. Für geräuschempfindliche Personen ist die Unterkunft nicht wirklich geeignet.

La habitación es amplía, con una cama muy grande, cocina con lo necesario y un amplio cuarto de baño.

Me gustó todo, lo único es que no es la localización más cercana al centro, pero tampoco es una distancia muy grande.

De lokatie is perfect! In 10 mooi. Het centrum van Bolzano. Heerlijke restaurants (Bogen en restaurant 37). Het appartement is prachtig met privé parkeerplaats.

Fantastico: molto carina la città, merita di essere vista e vissuta.

La cura anche nei dettagli degli ambienti, estremamente confortevoli e accoglienti, dotati di ogni comodità (in cucina: oltre alle stoviglie, tazze, posate in ottimo stato, è disponibile un ampio piano cottura, forno anche a microonde, macchina del caffè, dispensa provvista di una ampia selezione di tisane, zucchero, sale e spezie, un ampio tavolo con comode panche e sedie e pure un cioccolatino di benvenuto; bagno: molto ampio dotato di due docce, lavatrice, asciugatrice, phon e dispenser con sapone; camera da letto: ampio armadio, letto a due piazze molto comodo e largo, con tv frontale e fuoco simulato con colori davvero suggestivi e rilassanti) e di un terrazzo dotato di un piccolo tavolo e due sedie. Il mini appartamento si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale piuttosto vicino al centro città che si raggiunge a piedi in una decina di minuti: non abbiamo usufruito del servizio autobus con fermata in prossimità della camera, per via di uno sciopero dei mezzi pubblici un giorno e dell'orario festivo il secondo giorno di permanenza. A disposizione la sauna di cui non abbiamo usufruito per la fortunata circostanza di trovare nei tre giorni di permanenza all'inizio di dicembre, un clima mite e soleggiato.

Nulla: è perfetto, accogliente, curato nei dettagli, pulito, confortevole e ben riscaldato.

Komfortabel und gemütlich ausgestattetes Appartement. Großes Familienbett, also auch für ein Paar mit Kind geeignet. Kaffeevollautomat und Sodastream vorhanden. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. @ Andreas: herzlichen Dank für die Einparkhilfe :-)

Bequemere Gartenstühle wären schön. Keine weiteren Kritikpunkte.
