    Had an amazing 3-night stay at Hilton Jaipur! The service was excellent and the staff were attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I had to start my day very early for a trip to Agra, which meant I would miss breakfast. The Hilton team was so thoughtful that they actually prepared a breakfast box for me, filled with pastries, fruits and drinks for my journey. It was such a lovely gesture and really made me feel well taken care of. On my last day, I also arranged chartered transportation before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, I forgot the driver’s name, but I really appreciated his professionalism and concern for my safety. Since I had found a factory through Google and wanted to visit it, he even helped check the location beforehand to make sure it was legitimate and safe before I entered. As a solo female traveller, this gave me a lot of peace of mind. One area for improvement would be the food selection at the breakfast and dinner buffets. It would be nice to have a wider variety of international cuisines and more protein options. That said, the dessert selection was absolutely amazing — I loved it! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the hospitality and thoughtful service from the Hilton Jaipur team. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

    Lighting shutdown continuous during my stay. Pre given message was not followed of daughter bday cake and decor..and then after requesting several times then it was fulfilled . Check in time was 3 pm and I requested during booking that I want early check in around 1-2 pm but check in time 3 pm also crossed and we got the rooms around 3:30 . Staffs are polite but careless as for cake of daughter I need to follow up and remind several staffs again and again( F & b extension 3 times, reception 3 times on call, and during check in at reception once) Rooms are too old and need maintenance as lots of damp . Food taste was ok and restaurants service was also ok and house keeping was also ok. Restaurants food quantity portion size is too less as per charge price and needs to be monitored by Govt. Officials that why so less quantity with such a high price. I have stayed in other properties of Hilton but this one doesn’t match the brand.
