The property is stunning: a former royal palace converted into a luxury hotel, staff and service level among the most professional, efficient and attentive I have seen in India.
Drinks and hotel services are priced significantly above other 5 star hotels in India, but at the end of the end of the day, they are optional ;-)

This is a stunning boutique hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel, the grounds, the staff, the food, the bar were all exceptional!

One of the best hotels we’ve been to! (And we’ve been to a lot of hotels including Aman and Six senses
Nothing really

We stayed at Raj Mahal Palace, RAAS in Jaipur and had a mixed experience. The room was very spacious and the décor felt beautifully authentic, but it was extremely dark with hardly any natural daylight, as the two windows on the ground floor were covered by plants. The bathroom could really use a deep clean and some maintenance, and the extractor fan was very noisy. On a positive note, the service was very good and the staff were attentive and helpful. The bar and restaurant areas have absolutely incredible décor and are stunning spaces to spend time in. However, the restaurant was excessively expensive compared to other five-star hotels in India.
The restaurant was over priced

All the meals were outstanding. The breakfast was the best we had during our visit in India. They were also very accommodating when we needed breakfast to go one morning, and everything was perfectly organised. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and every room is truly jaw-dropping. The staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay.
The only point my husband mentioned was that the windows in the room could be larger to let in more natural light.

The hotel has only 13 rooms and it belong to the Royal Family and you feel really yourself in a colorful dream ! Whereevery you look, there are the smily faces of the super professional hotel staff. Along you walk, you hear nice smells, bump into peacocks, birds, patterns, colors, jasmines and so on... such a joy ! The breakfast was a la carte which was perfect for the food waste. The staf are incredibly polite and helpful. they had eyes on us all the time with a smily and peacefull face... The most important thing is that they want you to remember this stay forever with a big smile on your face... There is a nice swimming pool as well for those who want to finish the day on a sunset in a cool pool... We nearly cried when we left because all the staff was there to farewell us... We'll never forget those days and will always create a reason to come back here again...
nothing could be better...

Everything in particular the staffs service, the breakfast & dinner that were absolutely wonderful.
The renovated palace is in great taste and comfort, quiet and spacious environment and the staffs were attentive, hardworking and accommodated to our every needs during our stay particularly for the cake surprise for our anniversary celebration (thank you)! Food were fresh, tasty and good selections (especially breakfast), their hospitality mindset and skill set are top-class, plus their offer for an exclusive visit to the City Palace that was truly an unique experience.
The assistant manager Mr. Amit Rana offered us a quick tour in one of their special suite explained to us about the palace and related history & stories during our check-out, that was wonderful and he was helpful. Thank you again to the whole Team RajMahal palace Raas, from housekeeping to front desk especially the restaurants, all of you have created a special memory for us during our trip in Jaipur. We will certainly visit again in the future.

The staff were so kind and helpful. nothing was too much trouble
The room l had booked was a deluxe double and was very claustrophobic as it only had a tiny widow with bars on it and looked out over a bus parking lot. However thanks to the staff , they very kindly shifted us into another magnificent room and our stay was divine

The interior design and accommodations of the hotel staff were amazing. We told the hotel that we were doing a guided tour and they provided documentation for us to enter the city palace via a VIP entrance gate, and we got to see a special part of the palace because the property is owned by the royal family.
I wish we had more time there, but we only had one evening. Was hoping to see the spa, but wasn’t able to because there were sessions in place.

Beautiful palace, although they were renovating gardens (bad timing). Very attentive staff.
Our room was basically on the road- noise was so loud you couldn’t sleep. The spa was tiny, certainly not the expectation of a palace. The food was very disappointing.

Exclusive access to Jaipur City Palace was a huge perk - felt like a VIP
- Good central location with ample security
- You'll either love or hate the wallpaper - we fell into the first camp
- Palace room was large with nice furnishings and chandeliers / lighting
- Food and drink for the most part was good
- Restaurant service was fair
Pictures were much nicer than reality
- The property is "faded" - room and grounds were not immaculate and felt run down
- Concierge was good, but nothing stellar. No memorable moments or little touches
- WiFi was awful - it didn't work in the room
- Bathroom was plain, dated and didn't feel that clean
- Car hire prices were high relative to what we'd seen at other 5 star hotels
- Room rate was the same as Rambagh Palace but not at the same level
