Room was not cleaned Bed sheet and quilt in room was not changed there was hairs from previous guest

Comfortable stay with family.

Breakfast taste and variety was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Drain of washroom was clogged and it took 2-3 times call to room service to clean it. Wifi also didn't worked and wasn't stable. Food items were a bit costly especially veg items.

Hotel Ginger is cheater!!!!!

Hotel goner cheated us, charged rate more almost thrice it’s tarrif. The rooms were pathetic. Basic toiletries were not there, had to ask for it. Glasses were not available, breakfast..what should we say. It was a chaos, people were standing holding their plates to get the food. Good wasn’t available, cutlery wasn’t enough for people, had to wait to get the spoon, was told they are being send for a wash. Overall most pathetic and worst experience. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Bad rooms with no ventilation at all. One has to ask for basic toiletries. Lack of staff at restaurant. Had to wait for long to have breakfast and dinner. No nearby market to go to have dinner. Limited menu that too buffet finished so early and they are unable to refill stuff for rest of the guests. There were only 3persons to attend all the guests. Don't waste your money. Had awful experience. :(

Not according to the expectations. No staff to take care in restaurant. No serving. And last but not the least, NO JAIN FOOD available.

Food menu should be extended with more choices for foid especially jains. Quantity very less according to the charged rates. All sabzis taste same.

Nothing at all. Worst property.

This particular property of Ginger brand is the worst managed property in the entire hospitality industry. This property is clearly killing the Ginger brand. Right from the entrance, reception area, room everything was as if is has been closed for years and no human ever entered the property. Cleaning is far expected, it wasn't even broomed. Cldnt stand inside premises longer than 30 minutes.
