Good comfortable stay

Room was comfortable but needs to be updated. Breakfast was good but could have been better. Location was central. Check-in and checkout were without any fuss. Room service was overall good but on an occasion there was no response for about an hour.

Rooms needs to be updated in view of the high prices charged. Bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

There was a dead pigeon in front of the room. They didn’t take care of it. They said it’s normal problem around that area. I think thats crazy.

The Rajputana let down

Mr Ojas and Mr Sashi at bar They were the saving grace

Trying to give the worst located room in the category, saying these are rooms Booking.com has taken. Which is not what was said on the Booking.com site. After we accepted to pay extra, they reduced the entitlements that went with the new room saying they won't give them 11as we have upgraded. This was rudely told to us during Happy hours when we were sitting to relax thereby ruining the mood. Rooms touted as renewed felt dated. The terraces were not clean and had pigeon shut. House keeping and bell boys were way to pushy for tips.

Average hotel could be a lot better

The location is good if you are taking a driver or in our case an Uber to visit all the historical sites in Jaipur . It’s secured by a guard gate and you did feel safe once inside . The bellboys were very efficient and friendly especially the bag security check they were always there with a smile and asked how your day was. Check in was quick . We had opted for club access and so we had free drinks and snacks from 6 until 8pm the staff there were so accommodating and got to know our orders and the drinks were ready for us. The staff in the bar are lovely very friendly and go out of their way to help. The gym although small has everything you need and again staff in the spa area are excellent. The pool is immaculate and well staffed nice cabanas for shade and towels . This is very much a family hotel and there are many children.

Our room overlooking the pool area was very large and very well appointed but it smelt damp and mouldy which was a shame because the room itself couldn’t be faulted. We didn’t like the pushiness for tips from the housekeeping staff , as soon as they saw my husband leave the room they’d be ringing the bell then when I didn’t answer they’d knock the door it was off putting. The luggage guys are also very pushy about tips . We didn’t like the fact that a large number of guests come down to breakfast in the Pjs several looking as if they just rolled out of bed and needed a shower , this is not what we expected from a hotel of your standards . Bearing in mind it’s a buffet restaurant I would expect at the very least that you would insist on guests on being fully dressed . The travel concierge was bored in his job and couldn’t really be bothered to engage

A luxury hotel set in its own idyllic grounds

The breakfast had a good selection of both Indian and western food. Each restaurant was very nice especially Peshawar. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff very warm and friendly. A wonderful stay at a top class hotel.

The attentiveness by staff was second to none. We were unwell during our stay, and the staff could not have been more helpful with house-keeping, laundry, Room-service, kindness. The pool area was delightful, and relaxing.

Overall our stay was very disappointing and not recommended at all for international travelers.

Breakfast area and food was good.

Room cleanness didn't meet our expectation and it wasn't as per International standards. Especially, if you are alergic to dust mites and allergens then this hotel rooms were not at all clean. We changed two rooms in one night and both rooms were disappointing. Overall the air quality was poor in rooms and not properly clean . Also, not sure about the bed mattress but dust mites was a serious issue. This hotel is not recommended at all for international travellers.

Everything was exactly as expected, and in many ways, far beyond my expectations. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service. A very special thank you goes to the housekeeper assigned to my room. He is hands down the best housekeeper I’ve ever encountered — trustworthy, meticulous, and extremely kind. There was nothing to like really. It’s a very old property and location is next to a very busy road and to top it up staff are just rude! We had dinner as part of the package and that too didn’t had much options for kids. Breakfast paratha seemed like cooked the night before and medu vada was far too dry !

Rajputana letting its crown slip

The room and the bathroom were spacious and to our liking. The big balcony overlooking the pool gave complete holiday vibes and the sound of peacocks and koel bird (even if we could not see them) calmed the soul. The Hotel is well maintained and staff works hard to keep the facilities look 100/10. The place still has some old staff who take much pride in their work and are tirelessly working and ever present to tend to the guests to make their experience better

Bad Menu and Food preperation. ITC is known for its Indian selection and offerings but it underwhelmed in every department. Be it taste, freshness or value for money. Was served Raw Chicken Tikka and an overcooked roomali roti for dinner which was followed up by an undercooked Masala Dosa for Breakfast. The Continental offerings did not fare any better. The Pizza's were made using bottled sauces, the Oriental selection did not have staples like Sushi or Dimsums on the menu and the Korean/Chinese offerings available lacked in both texture and taste. And the Club High tea... the lesser we speak about the food the better.. everything was prepared in a hurry or was reheated and gave a vibe of being leftover food from previous services. The other issue is the location being right opposite the railway station, which is not a good thing in India. The entry and exit is congested and you should add an extra 15 mins for coming into and getting out of the hotel.

There isn’t a lot that was good about this place, always plates on floor outside room, no lounge and snacks given in bar very basic, food never changed in restaurants ie same selection every day, it took 3 days for butler to introduce himself and that was after I pointed out that we had a butler room, they just don’t seem to care

Beautiful stay in Jaipur

The hotel looks old from the outside, but it is a beautiful and well maintained property. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and all amenities provided. There was cultural evening entertainment at the outdoor bar area. The pool is a very decent size for swimming and the towels are super soft. Lunch at the Jaipur Pavillon Restaurant is very tasty and the choices are eclectic. The gym is well equiped and great for a work out. Overall the staff made the experience even better because they remembered small details about us

It was a memorable stay.

Breakfast was pretty good. As per the expectations. The delicacies were mouth watering and immaculately cooked with perfect flavours for the dishes to the regions these belonged to. Room was big and spacious with ample space to store the luggage. The rooms had big wardrobes and liked the working table which was pretty big enough to work properly.

We couldn't understand the numbering system of the rooms. We were at the 2nd floor and the numbering system mentioned the Room no. as 14XX. Also I expected a bigger Gym. Many of the hotels, I have seen far bigger Gyms even though they were not luxurious as ITC and were far lesser in cost of stay too.
