Left a bad taste. Also the restaurant menu had only 3-4 items and they didn't taste great either.

It looked great on Booking.com website and I have learned that these stays treat foreign tourists differently compared to Indian tourists. I didn't see a smile even once from the reception. Forget being hospitable.

Solid stay but location not great for us

Rooms spacious, bed comfortable and overall comfy. Free pick up from train station which was very nice.

We felt location was not great. To far away from most places. Very hard to get a tuktuk close to hotel. No local restaurant places etc close by. Very low water pressure to get a hot shower. No breakfast included in the price which makes value for money not great overall.

Nothing the best thing about the flea pit was leaving it after one night !

This is not a 5 star establishment, at the very best it is a poor 2 star. I had to ask for cleaning equipment to clean the room myself, then I even had to show them how to clean, the place was flithy, the room with a balcony was not a better room, the balcony is shared with the room next door, no chairs to sit on anyway, balcony door does not lock, wi fi code incorrect and took 2 members of staff to get connected to Wifi. no hot water, bathroom flooded, broken toilet seat and dirty old towels, a very unpleasant experience feel robbed by paying to stay therE.

Overall would definitely recommend this place for Jaipur. It’s clean and well maintained.

The place was super clean, even the entrance stairs and landings were mopped and clean. The location is good although Jaipur is big so to get most places we had to tuk tuk. The staff were accommodating and let us store luggage during our last day. We also moved rooms as our first room was right on the street and the staff were very flexible to make it more comfortable for us. Great shower!!

As mentioned above, the rooms on the street were quite loud from street traffic (although as foreigners we are just not used to the noise). We used the laundry service provided although the price was more expensive than we have seen in India. Just a small note, as is common in these bigger cities there was some pushing of tour services etc. from the staff. Initially we found this helpful however it was a bit relentless considering we already had plans.

Clean and comfortable, but not the most welcoming

It was well located, and clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it wasn’t the friendliest place, having experienced such warmness from hosts in other places we stayed.

A happy stay!

The location was excellent - safe to walk around, in quiet street but close to everything, and walking distance to two very nice, ambient rooftop restaurants nearby. Property was clean and comfortable and as depicted in pictures. Staff go out of their way to help. Room had everything I needed. Restaurant/cafe downstairs serves tasty, wholesome food and a range of both Indian and Western items.

Hot water finishes really quickly as the geyser is quite small. If you’re used to 2 min showers, probably won’t be a problem. If you’re more than one person, you would also have to wait a bit for the water to warm up again (although the wait won’t be long). Shower not separated by a door or curtain from rest of bathroom, so everything gets wet and cold after a shower.

Fairly pleasant, but uncomfortable stay.

Kind english speaking manager. Variety of food. Nice living room area outside room.

Loud music in restaurant. Staff did not speak any English, except manager. Noise from the kitchen and street, due to unsealed windows. Not enough hot shower water. Long waiting time for food.

Exceptional

They have great food. The staff is outstanding. They are friendly and gave prompt service. They have a wide menu, ranging from healthy, authentic Indian curries, shakes, tea, appetisers. Everything was perfect. A special mention to the owner BRAJRAJ SINGH, who welcomes the guest himself and suggest you best food and also can recommend you good places to visit in Jaipur. Highly recommended

Good

A small home turned hotel. Staff is courteous. The location is great. Food is good if you stay for one day.

Time taken to serve breakfast every day was too much. More than 45 minutes after request for breakfast was made. There are no options/variations in breakfast, so after the second day, it starts getting boring. Price is too much for the kind of hotel.

Muy mala experiencia con el desayuno

Estaba limpio y las instalaciones parecían renovadas.

Lo peor fue el desayuno, el chico de la mañana no entendía absolutamente nada de inglés, le pedíamos la comida, contestaba ok ok y se sentaba detrás de la recepción, daba vueltas por la sala y media hora después cuando le volvíamos a preguntar, traía los cafés (que el mismo preparaba). Cuando llegaba la comida después de 45 min, faltaban cosas. Y estamos hablando de huevos fritos y tostadas, nada muy elaborado que requiriese mucho tiempo, además el restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío. Perdimos todos los días más de una 1,5h solo esperando un desayuno muy básico y de calidad limitada. La gestión fue muy deficiente. Como mínimo, debería haber personal capaz de comunicarse en inglés con los clientes.. Como mínimo debería de haber alguien encargado que pudiese comunicarse en inglés con los clientes, fue un despropósito. También decir que está un poco lejos del centro de los monumentos más relevantes de la ciudad, no es lo más ideal para hacer turismo.
