It was a very comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the wifi was decent. The window let in plenty of natural light which I loved. The shower was strong and the water hot. And since i was unfortunately sick for most of my stay, I truly appreciated the great variety of English language movies and TV shows. Finally, the staff were absolutely lovely!

The teapot caused two outlets to overheat and melt. But they did fix it immediately once I called.

It says there is free airport shuttle - in reality there was not. Gym is basic without AC. A Small thing: the reception was not flexible to allow us to check out 15 minutes later to finish massage at their spa.

Very nice stay

Hotel is clean and comfortable with big size rooms. They also upgraded our rooms for free. Avi at reception was great. She looks very professional and gentle. She helped us a lot. Same as Jethu Singh and other staff who were keen to serve. Hotel is little bit far from old Jaipur but easy access with local rental transportation. The restaurant look very high quality. Reasonable price for 5 Star.

Hotel charges more if you book a taxi with hotel however they never asked me to book through theml. I found it cheaper and easily available outside the hotel.

Home from home

Everything about the Sunday was exceptional from spacious room, food, staff happy to please and well mannered,, facilities. Felt at home with staff Avi, Prasant, Sanjeev, Harsh, Pradeep. Chefs were amazing and cooked food in all cusine in international level.

The water in shower was a luke warm. My preference is a little warmer but maybe OK for others

Wonderful stay in a luxurious hotel

Had a wonderful stay at Sunday Hotel, Jaipur! The rooms were comfy, the food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. A special shout-out to Pavan for his great work and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Okay breakfast, friendly staff and decent location

Not a 5 star hotel standard and expensive for what you get. We complained due to the room being dirty, but were just shown the same kind of room 2-3 times. We demanded some discount after accepting a new room which was still dirty, but they refused to provide this. The manager in the end offered us a free dinner buffet as a compensation - a nice gesture, but this is only worth 10€.

The location and variety of choices at breakfast were excellent.

There was no Wi-Fi despite repeated requests. The room was dated, one wall was damp with flaky paint, and there was a musty smell outside the door.

Dated and not-well maintained. I understand that hotels can be old but this was not clean. I stayed for 3 nights and they did not clean the shower. They left half a roll of toilet paper each night.

Excellent stay, would return!

Brilliant staff, especially in the restaurant, housekeeping and spa, but everyone was really kind and helpful. We had large rooms and the gym was good.

The swimming pool was dirty so we couldn’t use it, there was some noise from the street at night although it didn’t bother us.

Extremely disappointing stay

I checked out today after a very poor experience. Despite raising several issues with the manager, nothing was resolved. The room was dirty, the bedding had hairs and stains, the sofa had dust mites, and the towels were marked — one even had a hole. There were dead spiders on the wall, a cracked sink, and a fridge that didn’t work. The safe didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the floor wasn’t cleaned, and service at reception was very slow. We also had to pay separately for our driver’s accommodation because the hotel had no facilities for them. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price or its claimed 5-star rating — closer to a 2-star at best. Would not recommend until serious improvements are made.

Excellent hotel for stay

Rooms very spacy, good food, very attentive and polite stuff. SPA is nice, speaking good English.

The pool on the roof with a lot pigeons and there is no stuff, not well decorated. In other hotels we saw pool with a cafeteria where you can buy water and cocktails, it was decorated with flowers. The phone didn’t work also. On reception not all the personnel speak English. The air condition is too cold, we didn’t manage to warm our room.

I recently stayed at Sunday Hotel with my parents and had a very pleasant experience overall. The breakfast team, including both servers and chefs, were prompt, hospitable, and extremely helpful. A special mention to Pavan, Harjinder Kaur, Roop, Dilkhush, and Harish for their excellent service — the breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices, making every morning truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. I especially want to acknowledge the trainee I met on the day of our arrival, even though I don’t recall their name, for being courteous and helpful. The food was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed ordering dinner through room service.

The only disappointment during our stay was that the bucket of ice was charged, even though I had already ordered dinner. This small issue slightly marred an otherwise excellent experience.

Comfortable stay to break up the hostel life.

Clean rooms, duvet was stained but they replaced it when asked. Comfortable seating around the pool.

Fitness room had no cardio machines. I would expect a basic level fitness room would have at least a treadmill and a bike. However this one just had weights machines. Pool unable to be used as there was large amount of pigeons and some had dirtied the edge where water was mixing with it. I felt the pool was too dirty even though it didn’t look too bad in the open area. They need to do something to control the pigeons hanging out on the rooftop.

Superb Restaurant Workers but worst ever housekeeping & receptionist

Roop, Choturam and Harsh provided impecable service. They make you feel comfortable during breakfast time and provided a great service with a smile. Highly appreciate them during my stay. They deserve a Salute and the foods they provide are great and tasty.

The room service and reception - my room was never cleaned during my 2 nights stay. I asked them 3-4 times to clean and change the towels but they didnt do the needful - not even once. I was told by receptionist that they will report it to their manager but of what use? I was going to leave the hotel. Very very bad service, the people working at the reception and the house keeping team are totally useless and they are not here for the customer. We had to deal with it by using the wet/dirty towels, the water spill on the floor, dustbin completely filled, bedsheets not changed - knowing my wife is pregnant. A total disaster it was - seems like these personels are not in the proper job and dont understand hospitality.

“Great Stay with Excellent Staff and Delicious Breakfast”

The hotel is well worth the price paid. Its central location makes it convenient for visiting all the major tourist spots. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of cuisines—South Indian, North Indian, and Continental. Sanjeev and Harsh welcomed us warmly and assisted us like family, making our stay even more memorable. Overall, a good stay with excellent staff and a truly delightful breakfast.

One small suggestion would be to provide a bathroom floor mat, as the bath tub and shower are combined. The floor can get slippery, which may be a bit inconvenient for older people. Apart from that, the stay was very good with excellent staff and a truly delightful breakfast.

Room provided was big and clean.

Food- Breakfast is good but in room dining is bad. Taste is not satisfactory and portions do not justify the price. Travel Desk not helpful. Some staff members provide personal recommendations rather than help the boarder. Better to arrange sight seeing and airport drop off at night on your own.

Overall a comfortable stable and hotel provides reasonable facilities

Good facilities, good breakfast and also many eateries nearby hotel. Also the hotel on the top of a mall, so can do a bit of shopping. Hotel provided drinking water as needed. The third bed arranged was also good. In the restaurant, staff very friendly and helpful : specially Sanjeev and Preeti.

The room we were allotted was in the corner position, without much view. The view outside was through a staircase.

Everything was good except for few things which were promised while creating the booking but didn't get honored later. Property is amazing, staff were very helpful especially Harsh and Sanjeev.

Comfortable and memorable

The location, facilities and staff hospitality especially by Harsh, Preeti and Sanjeev ji at dining were very very excellent. They were so polite and helpful! Trainee Manoj Chaudhary was also sweet and humble. Thank you everyone for making our stay comfortable.
