    I am sorry to say that the Front Office reception seriously needs to improve its service standards. Calls to the reception either rang endlessly without being answered or the line remained continuously busy, making it extremely difficult to reach the staff. During our stay, we requested an ashtray and a matchbox. While the receptionist rather bluntly informed us that guests were expected to carry their own matchbox, the ashtray that was promised never arrived. We stayed in Room *** & *** for two days, yet the ashtray was never delivered before we checked out. On the positive side, I must sincerely applaud the restaurant team. Their service was prompt, courteous, and truly excellent, making our dining experience very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the poor service at the Front Office overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as such experiences can discourage guests from returning after their first visit.

    This is not a five star category hotel. Don’t expect such facilities that u would expect at Radisson or Holiday Inn. For that matter, i guess even a four star category hotel would stand tall against them
