Excellent checking. Very helpful. Given a bigger room and free breakfast. Absolutely excellent front desk service. The breakfast matre de was excellent. She saw I was poorly and went and served me a coffee. The cleanliness of our room was beyond expectation.

Good location and very comfortable.

Very slow service at restaurant. Had to constantly repeat our orders. On two separate occasions we had ordered sunny side up eggs and they never came. The coffee also had a general wait time of 30 min. We had to speak to the manager since it had occurred so many times. The third time we went the service was much better, they definitely made an effort to correct.

Couch near window is good for relaxing view. The room location pattern is very good and gives good feeling when coming out of it. The front is clear and airy. Dinner and breakfast are excellent. Staff is courteous and friendly. Lift is clean and easily available. The reception area is wide and very good.

Sitting arrangement like couch etc should also be cleaned regularly. Spots are found on it. Tables and side tables have glass/ cup marks. WC is of very old type; these should be replaced in phased manner. Housekeeper should also clean curtains if found dirty. There should be a light at top over the view mirror. There should one night lamp near the door inside. There is pitch dark as all lights are switched off.

The location and pleasant hotel environment helped us to enjoy our stay and Jaiput city itself.

Breakfast was very good with many options. The check-in and check-out staff were very efficient and helpful. In addition, Mr Kuldeep at travel desk was just brilliant who organised daily vehicle for sight seeing.

The pillow and mattresses very too soft to be comfortable and felt as if worn out.

Breakfast was good - Excellent service by Karan in the Restaurant.

Kitchen was toally confused though - I asked for a Paratha without butter and it was served with extra butter. There was no lassi or chaach. Juices were watery and diluted. No seasonal fruits - Watermelon each day - mango is in season. There was no accesible plug for the clothes iron. It was below the fridge on the wall and totally inacceseible.

Pleasant

Staff are lovely in this hotel and very helpful, even the housekeeping manager introduced himself and said if we need anything to ask. The hotel is clean, the pool is nice and the food is good, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again
