I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to travel around the city and visit key attractions. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices, and dinner was also enjoyable. I also used the spa, and it was excellent – I would give it 10/10. The massage was very relaxing and professionally done.
Overall, it offers good value for money and is a solid choice, but service at the front desk should be improved.
However, the reception staff need improvement in customer interaction. No one seemed interested in taking feedback at checkout, and the duty manager, Hitesh, was not attentive at the time of checkout and did not even greet with a smile. This area definitely needs better training.

Lobby is very grande, rooms were spacious and very comfy beds.
Pool area didn’t appear too clean. Smelly corridor to entrance, lots of pigeons on net roof and some around the water. Bird poo on edges.

The upkeep isn’t good at all. Not value for money. Paid 14k plus for something that was more like 3 star
