Good structure, average service. Not worth the price

We recently stayed at the Hilton Jaipur and overall had a good experience. The hotel has excellent facilities and feels very safe, which we appreciated throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, offering a complete and generous selection with plenty of choice. The staff were consistently friendly and always willing to help. However, at times we found ourselves having to chase things up after requesting them, which slightly affected the sense of smooth service.

Given that the price was not low or cheap, we expected a smoother experience and more attention to detail. This made some of the shortcomings feel more noticeable. The hotel shop was also disappointing. The gifts available were poor imitations, the kind of items you can find in airports or tourist shops anywhere in Southeast Asia or almost any part of the world. There was nothing original, authentic, or reflective of Rajasthan, which made the selection feel rather tacky. In terms of style, the furniture and general décor feel somewhat dated, almost as if they belong to the 90s. Additionally, the rooms do not reflect Rajasthan, and there is nothing within the design that reminds you that you are in this region, which felt like a missed opportunity.

Pathetic

I booked the room for newly weds to have their golden.night..room no 409 was. Ookedand complementary room decore was offered. But while chech in the changed the room which is having two seprate beds and room no was 603. It's pathetic. I dropped mail in this effect and I yet to get any response from hotel.

Great selection of food during breakfast and dinner buffets. All 3 Restaurants had great food. Pool was clean and the spa offered great value for money.

The wine and other beverage selection at the bar and lounge was slightly limited and felt overpriced for what was being served.

I would like to give a special shout out to Gopal and the team from the kitchen who made us feel like there was nothing that was too much bother. Great stay

Recently stayed at Hilton Jaipur, and honestly, it turned out to be a very memorable experience. Despite being a big brand name, the stay felt nothing like your typical chain hotel visit, it had such a warm, personal touch from start to finish. The location couldn’t be more convenient, which made getting around and visiting all the main attractions easy. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Every single person - from the reception team to housekeeping and the restaurant staff - was genuinely attentive and made sure we were comfortable. A special mention to Saurav at the front desk, and the housekeeping team led by Rajesh Ji and Sher Singh Ji, who went above and beyond to decorate my room beautifully for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise and really made my day. The food options were plentiful, and service was quick and efficient. Hilton Jaipur exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re planning a visit to Jaipur, I’d highly recommend staying here

Hotel grounds are amazing. Cultural show was great. Had a temple on the grounds for my mum. Staff were amazing. Room was great. Was my mum's birthday and we had birthday cake and a special welcome for her.

Great location away from the hustle bustle but still not too far. Great room size, bathroom with tubs and a huge breakfast spread. Our room had a big window with a nice city view!
