Good location but away from the very busy centre. A cheap auto journey to destinations around the city. Had a lovely friendly and welcoming feel. Room was comfortable and very clean. The pool and gym were great. Staff were all friendly and helpful
The breakfast service was a bit chaotic. Food was excellent and, having watched the staff, they were definitely all trying to do a good job but there seemed confusion of roles where managers were sometimes clearing tables rather than looking around and giving clear instructions. It meant that sometimes it took ages to get, for example, a teaspoon. It’s a minor problem and amused us rather than detracting from our stay. It looked like it is a training issue. Everything else was great and the staff were all really polite and helpful

Hotel done to a very high standard with great spa and fitness facilities. Staff were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. Room was also very luxurious and well maintained with modern facilities.
AC in the gym wasn’t the best but not bad enough to ever put us off from going again.

Centrally Located.
Cleanliness, Struggle to accommodate seamless check in process, the staff is helpful but couldn’t really help out for a slightly later checkout.
