Loved the exceptional welcome given for my birthday in the afternoon after we returned. This was masterminded by Naresh, the FOM who knew I was unhappy about our check in experience.
The welcome at 5 am. The FO girls were a little blaze of our all night travels, no welcome chai or even water was offered. The check in had to be done in a cold ante room in a mechanical way ! We obviously went to our room and slept till 12am and missed breakfast, which was not even on offer.

Beautiful property with fantastic atmosphere.
The bellboys were careless, inexperienced, foolish and reckless. They handled my suitcases very poorly, dragging them over the rough stone driveway resulting in the loss of 1 wheel. First time ever that my suitcase was damaged checking into a hotel! Terrible!
