We had a fantastic stay in one of the suites. Highlights included the formal welcome, to the beautiful grounds and pool area, the satisfying breakfast, and we were even given a number of small gifts to take home to friends and family after we asked for a nearby gift shop. We would gladly stay again at the Jai Mahal Palace.

The hotel staff were amazing from the start to the end they made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is lovely and majestic feel about it
Felt a little tired in our room. Furniture was traditional. Probably in keeping with the vibe of the hotel

Beautiful property with fantastic atmosphere.
The bellboys were careless, inexperienced, foolish and reckless. They handled my suitcases very poorly, dragging them over the rough stone driveway resulting in the loss of 1 wheel. First time ever that my suitcase was damaged checking into a hotel! Terrible!
