The staff are welcoming and they make you feel quite At home. The service is exceptional and the food is excellent. The breakfast included Indian and continental. This is an experience you must not miss. The property is beautiful and well maintained. You feel you are in a Palace. The Devini who welcomed us to our room was so nice and welcoming. We were so happy we made the right choice.

Green lawns, peacocks, traditional dance, puppe show, the nice dining room, and staff in the dining room (Chef Burman, a senior waiter / dining room manager / inspector (forgot his name),and staff in general
Gave us a room only accessible by climbing down / up a flight of stairs; not very convenient for elderly people. The late posting of bills, reaction to calls by housekeeping was extremely slow, no in-room dining menu placed in the room. Running after a guest to get 3 EUR because of late posting (not checking rooms in the mornings) when guest is about get into a taxi to leave. This behavior should be sanctioned by management. It is not what to expect from a Taj. Ompany managed hotel.

Excellent experience and we would like to keep visiting the property!! Our home away from. home! Your staff makes us feel like we are a family!! Notables: Abhimanyu Shekhawat, Riya Navet, Vijendra the veteran, Sakshi Rathore and Khusi Sharma and anyone else we interacted with though I can't recollect their names! And yes we did some jewellery shopping too!! Good stuff there!!
Nothing that we didn't like!! It's an excellent property!! World class facilities and standards!!

Rooms are not clean to reflect the star rating . For example the light switches , corners etc
