A place of peace in a very busy city. Most helpful staff!

The staff were so helpful. We asked to leave our bags before checking in and after checking out and they welcomed the idea right away. Exceptional service in all the restaurants and the front desk were lovely. The room was cleaned daily. Shower was great.

Good food. Easy access to the main attractions. We were able to reach all major tourist attractions and Jaipur Airport within 30 minutes.

I didn't like that I had to book an entire extra day to be able to get an early check in. Paying a full day rate over over £100 for a 3am check in on the day I arrived did not sit very well.

Good breakfast buffet, centrally located, weird mandatory rules

It’s pretty centrally located, so this is good. Their breakfast buffet is also a pretty good spread. The rooms are maintained pretty clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

They had a “mandatory” Christmas gala payment of 6000/7500 for the Christmas night. I don’t think it’s fair for any stay to enforce for a dinner/show at a banquet a mandatory attendance. We had alternative plans for Christmas night and it was ridiculous for them to dictate our plans by way of a payment. Of course , when I pushed back against the same during check in they budged but I don’t like that I had to assert myself during what is supposed to be an easy check in process. The same goes for their no outside food policy, no hotel should tell me what I can or not bring in. The hotel is pretty centrally located and hence you’re not working with great views or generally big rooms but this is just a minor gripe since the rooms are well equipped and well maintained

Great property if I go to Jaipur again I will stay here only.

Reception, staff, the facilities and welcome snacks ( specially the fruits) great. We stayed on business rooms during all our stay and I can only say we were very happy. The minibar was also very happy.

Not worth the price and bad management/Service for a 5-Star rated hotel

The breakfast and dinner buffet was decent and there were also healthy food options.

The rooms were too tiny, the A/C was not working. A complaint regarding the ventilation and A/C was filed and the mechanic came in the midnight to fix it and it took around 15 mins. Later the A/C wasn’t functioning and the room was still too warm.

Overall great stay and comfort, good food!

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Staff are very courteous and friendly. They went out of the way to prepare some dishes as i was fasting. Breakfast spread is very good which has Indian-North & South, Continental and fresh dosa, pancake counters are also there. We didnt use the pool but it was well maintained, i tried going to steam room but it was not working though i didnt complain about it. Location of the hotel is central but very polluted locality due to high traffic but you wont be disturbed by traffic and noise from outside in the rooms. We at at the Dragon restaurant, food was delicious but pricey. Ordered food like paneer tikka , sandwiches, pizza to the room and they were excellent.

The only downside for drinkers and food lovers is they dont allow you to carry alcohol bottles and food from outside. Alcohol bottles need to be left at the Reception after scanning of baggages at hotel entrance. Otherwise i woud highly recommend.

Disappointing experience with the Radisson brand !

It’s being sold as a 5star hotel but for sure it’s definitely not !! Think 3+ star rating is more applicable. We did not sleep due to constant traffic noise we can hear from our room, even tho we were on the top floor. Hotel & facilities are looking tired & needs upgrading & refresh . Restaurant/bar staff were friendly but we find the front desk/ reception staff service surly & not welcoming.. a smile helps ! Unfortunately we would not recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

Will rate it a solid 8 2 points taken for the noisy road sound. Breakfast and coffee is excellent.

The staff is wonderful and so is the room service and breakfast. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The road traffic is audible in the room especially trucks with their horns etc in the night.

Receptionist very rude when checking in she said she is sick and refused to talk, asked for manger didn’t exist despite staying for 4 nights I had to fight for descent room she initially gave me room at end of hall way verybey fat from elevators the last room in hall way full of smoke and bad odor, the facility is very noisy with doors slamming noisy at all times they want you to use hotel restaurant and prevent you from bringing any food from outside , the hotel is up a curved hill making inconvenient to go in and out, the manager showed up on the 3 rd day of my stay trying to find out what happened was too late I couldn’t wait to check out next day

I didn't like anything. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. While I have booked the hotel with elite bathroom, they denied giving me a room with bathtub. Staff mentioned that booking.com doesn't know the definition of elite bathroom. Then it was another mess where I have to mandatorily eat what they have in the menu, it was a hell for my kid to have their tasteless food.

Do remember you will never be treated as a guest if you are visiting this hotel. Every staff member thinks that he is a detective and he will embarrass you for cheking the luggage or handbag for outside drinks and food. Never visiting any Radisson in my life again.

Great Radisson, central location, and excellent breakfast.

Very clean nice rooms, accommodated our request for interconnecting rooms. Central location: Breakfast excellent. Gym was great. The doorman, Baldev, is awesome.

Dinner is expensive, walk to Jaipur Adda instead. Felt like a violation of privacy when check in staff used the x ray machines to see we had 2 bottles of duty free alcohol and confiscated them until we checked out?! I know it’s policy, but there’s a polite way to do this.

The property is beautiful, rooms are average also the staff is sweet.

The rules made by management are nearly for an hostel and not for a hotel. No alcohol or food allowed from outside. Upon asking for a glass from home service they'd be asking are you drinking or where have you got the alcohol from?

The pool

The bring you to the biggest tourist trap when you book a culture tour tour with them. Elephant village. They drive to elephant village, didn’t ask me anything and suddenly there are three shady men, and you have to sit down. They ask what you want to do with an elephant, and after haggling, you end up paying another 70 euros for a photo with an elephant. That's what we consider a cultural tour, and they also suggested five shops to me. And they just kept trying. Very busy reception, not quiet Not genuinely friendly, feigned

Worst Hotel Ever I have visited

Nothing I like about hotel , I heard lot of good words about this hotel but the reality is different

Théy said there was a cab for you to drop railway station after waiting for 15 min at lobby area another guy came and said sorry we can't provide you cab. I almost left my train . Room Service is also did not perform their duties as they make only bed nothing else At morning , no place is there for breakfast .. Mam Sad you have to wait for 10-15 minutes . What type of service they are giving . I waited for 15 minutes standing for breakfast . And also late for my meeting. Very Poor Service . You are just like normal hotel. Please learn hospitality and customer service from Hilton , Holiday inn like hotel which are giving better service for the same price.

Avoid at all cost

Property is old and needs renovation.. One lift is shut possibly for renovation as a result only one lift was functioning and it was extremely inconvenient… we later discovered an alternate lift which is probably a service lift for the hotel temporarily converted for people use. How no staff actively mentioned about it.. I regretted booking this hotel instead of our usual near the airport… We will never be back

The infrastructure, the casual attitude of the staff at the front desk, the buffet breakfast was bad.. Dosas were cold and soggy even though I stood there waited for it to be made.. The food lacked taste and the pastries were bad.. There was nothing that felt appetising…
