Very welcoming and comforting.

The breakfast spread was good, servers were always on their toes catering to our demands. Next day they remembered our preferences and served as soon as we sat down.The little be music was divine.

A lot of Ubers canceled on us as they have to go around a roundabout and then come back to the hotel gate. The wifi was very slow and we struggled with it.

The staff. They are extremely well trained and hospitable. Taking care of the guests with genuine kindness and respect was something that would get me back here to this palace. From the hostess to front desk to other staff at the palace…..all were efficient 👍

Beautiful property in the center of the city

Excellent excellent excellent, great property literally luxuries. Staff along with the General Manager are so so helpful and personally wish and talk to each guest and Chexk on their needs. Myself and my wife are very picky and not easy to please but these guys did a tremendous job.

1) Usually most to all 5 stars in Rajasthan have evening snacks and traditional shows. Didn't expect this property would not have, they should start it ASAP. 2) Food can be much better, four star food and breakfast choices.

Abode of peacocks

Amazing property. Location is just perfect. Room was spotless and comfortable. Food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is attached to Rambagh palace and so you feel like you are staying in the same place. There are many Peacocks at this place and you will be just mesmerized by their beauty.

There were 2 television of good size provided but they were not smart tvs.

Everything about my experience was outstanding. The staff in particular were a highlight - every person was exceptionally friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to meet any requests i had.

When checking in the staff could have advised i could go to the Palace to see the hotel and eat at the restaurants.

I visited this property to celebrate my parents 35th anniversary and my Fathers 60th birthday. the stay was exceptional. My parents room was upgraded upon arrival , their room was decorated with flowers and cakes were cut on both occasions. We had both our dinners at their restaurant. the food was good and desserts were just amazing. The service was exceptional. Thank you to the entire staff for your hospitality. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

Indrani and team were excellent in their service and surprises. They considered our special request for our honeymoon and upgraded the room to a beautiful suite, along with multiple surprises throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

Jaipur luxury hotel experience.

The property is located inside Rambagh and very near to the center of the cuty. Property gives the essence of luxury and beautiful experience of natural beauty with peacocks and many birds moving around.

Staff's responses are slow, may be due to the occupancies and less number of Staffs. The food is average, cant be compared to luxury hotel's servings.
