Everything, most especially the level of care and hospitality from staff. Warm, impeccable service with just the right amount of personal touch. Can't go wrong with Oberoi stays.
Lovely spa staff, including yoga instructor Shivangi.
Gorgeous grounds. Wonderful facilities. The most beautiful and thoughtfully furnished rooms. The BEDS are the best in all of India.
Personalised breakfast of their own initiative. The staff truly take care of everything and go out of their way to make sure you're 100000% happy.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to India. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable.
The spa is fantastic, the restaurant is excellent, and the staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained.
The live music in the evenings and the traditional puppet performances created such a magical atmosphere and made the whole experience even more special.
A very special thank you to Nandini, Nancy, and Akash for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. They made our stay truly memorable.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting India and would love to come back one day.
After experiencing this hotel, every other place feels slightly disappointing because you inevitably compare it to the exceptional standards set here.
The hospitality and professionalism are on an entirely different level. Many luxury hotels could learn a great deal from this team.
