Amazing, don’t think twice just book it

It is sooo clean, the cleanest hotel in India I’ve seen so far, really great western standard, you will rest here, there is anything you need, the staff is very polite, fantastic room standard, safe aviailable, hot water on demand which is not obvious in India, okay breakfast with some western options (muesli, pancakes, waffles, toast, packed cheese), a bar serving alcohol, and a nice view on the roof with a swimming pool but I didn’t use it and the hotel has simply beautiful interior and safe surroundings area with gated driveway and guards, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

It is pricey but imo totally worth the money, the breakfast could have been better with omelette or simple scrambled eggs

Wonderful staff, wonderful hotel, lovely location

The property was located well and the staff was magnificent. We ate in the bar where Naresh served us with pride. The hotel was very clean, new looking and secure from outsiders. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom. I can’t praise this hotel enough

Disappointing that did not cater for dietary requirements

Size of room

Did not like powdered milk, yuk. Didn't realise it tgeir restaurant only seved vegetarian. We had to eat out. No explanation how lights in room worked. No Rngkish channel, all blocked. Wanted stay payment paid at check in, ridiculous. Toil top swimming was absolutely filthy, full of pugeon excrement everywhere, so unhygienic. Total disregard to health and safety. Hotel should have been closed

Space of the room, lobby did not disclose the desaster of the room.

Dirty sheets, dirty walls - old dirty wall paper, plenty of fingerprints on wooden wall, dirty sticky coffee table, dirty mirror in bathroom, dirty water tap, no trust in cleanliness of toilet after everything else was sticky, conversations outside the room on in the next room could be fully heard - zero privacy and rest possible. Carpet was dirty, carpet outside room must have been stylish once upon a time. Now it was full of dirty marks. The pool area was surrounded by broken stones or stone parts. It made the good part of it look shabby. After having seen the dirty room I was in doubt, if using the pool would be a good idea due to hygiene questions. I shortened my stay to 2 hrs. It was a terrible experience and I have no idea where the good ratings come from plus the price. I was shocked.

Disappointing

The room itself was clean, the shower was excellent

This was a really disappointing stay. We thought we’d booked a premium hotel with roof top pool and bar. On arrival the first thing we did was go up to the roof to find the whole thing closed. Not even a cushion on any of the chairs so they could be enjoyed. On enquiring we were just told, no it’s closed. Ok, well that’s not what is being advertised 🤦‍♀️. The pool itself was open and looked nice but there was not a soul in sight and in order to get any sort of drink you had to go downstairs to level 1, stand in the bar for a very long time to then eventually be served the wrong drinks. We didn’t make a fuss as it really wasn’t worth it and the staff we spoke to were very sweet but just said they were short staffed and had 3 events on. This is a conference/ wedding hotel, not somewhere to stay for a relaxing break and the roof top bar is non existent 😢. Hallway carpets need a serious deep clean as are all stained and certainly not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel and at the price we paid it was daylight robbery

The room is a bit dark. No fault of the hotel but there are Tuktuk drivers outside the property gate entrance and when I stepped out they called me and some followed me to try convince me to get a ride which came as a shock.

Everything was nice.

The reception was a bit dumb, he had to ask his colleague about everything and he didn't know the price for the breakfast. You'd have thought itd be a simple question? Adding my own photo so you know this is legit from a tourist.

Great hotel, will be back

I love staying here! This is my go-to place in Jaipur. Veg & non-party hotel with a rooftop pool and conveniently located close to many veg places (the best: The Local Table, only 5min walk away)

Other guests were quite loud in the corridor after hours and it would be nice if that would be more supervised by the hotel.

The location

- WiFi didn’t work at all - extremely unstable and now adaptable to MAC computers - front desk personnel was very very rude - Gym facilities were extremely old , musty - food was overpriced and scarce - walls were super thin - I couldn’t sleep at all - I got there and my room smelled like cigarette - I had to change it - light was not working in my room in the morning

Blissful stay at Shakun

The entire team at Shakun and in the Pantheon were lovely and looked after us so well in particular Amok, Deepak and Naveen, and the guards at entry have to be the smiliest in the world, you know you're in safe hands!

The booking.com and google reviews are so harsh, or else management has made recent changes and the team is hard at work because everything was wonderful throughout our stay. We have no complaints.

Breakfast was good but not wow i should say. Also varieties were less as compared to the pricing i aid for the hotel.

Breakfast as well as the manager who committed false that early checkin morning breakfast will not be chargeable and at time of checkout placing the bill for 3 days breakfast. If this was told earlier that breakfast will not be chargeable for early morning checkin i would have done my arrangement for that day.

Overall its a wonderful, safe and centrally located property with 4 star services.

-The room size and hotel ambiance are excellent. -There are abundant lounge chairs to chat and relax on the upper floors. -The bathroom, amenities, and pool are excellent. -Staffs are responsive and helpful. -Breakfast food quality is excellent. -The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the airport. This hotel is a very convenient place to stay if the plan is to see Jaipur city, Jal Mahal, Hawa mahal, the city palace, Bapu Bazaar, etc.

-Wifi connectivity/speed was not up to the mark, despite raising the concern and the technical team looking into it, things didn't work out positively. This was concerning for me as there was an online business meeting planned during the stay. -Only vegetarian food is served.
