Worst ever

Service from Jeetu was the only best part

Rooms were the worst with 0 cleanliness. Rooms booked were no way near the pictures. There was water leaks in the room. We had to change the room as the toliets were worse

Will have bad memories of this stay at Jaipur. Booking.Com disappointed me, I have paid much more than what Hotel charge

the outer structure was looking grand, apart from that nothing good. There is no heating in the room,bathrooms were awful, cup boards full of dust.

Dirt everywhere, rooms, cup boards, bathroom. no heating in room. I was offered Deluxe room and it was a service apartment with a kitchenette unusable, old, dirty.

Nothing worse hotel

Worse than OYO room. Misleading information about heritage property .Actually the rooms were in apartment.flat converted to rooms. cannot give rating in negative. Rooms were depliated..nothing resembles to pics shown on booking.com. crumpy bed. 3rd grade washroom with broken tiles and murky water from tap. Damp ceiling.. evening lobby door was not loackable.total wastage of. A suggestion for booking.com to deregister these fraudulent hotels or just pay a visit to confirm the facilities

One of the worst hotel in the city !! They take your from the hotel to the appartment which is a dungeon ! Wash rooms are a mess. I can't express enough of what a hotel this is ?

Worst Experience ever!!!!!!

The property was not as shown in the images. Also the services are not good they’ve not attended us even after 4 calls. You can get decent heritage places to stay in jaipur at this price it’s totally not worth the price don’t go for it

The Laal Maas was quite good.

The booking was in a separate building complex next to Hari Mahal - this is complete mis-selling. The room was dirty and unkept. The AC was so loud that I couldn't sleep at night. The Wi-Fi didn't work throughout my stay. No mini-bar or kettle in the room either. The room is highly overpriced for what they provide you.

The hotel has many interesting things, like the great grass area where you can enjoy a glass of wine. But the thing is the service.

I want to be really honest. This hotel is the reality of the king families who become poor. Bad maintenance and what that involves.
