Hard to contact hotel. If you arrive after 8 pm nobody is at front desk and keys will be left in box.. which is fine but you will be panicking cause they take a long time to respond giving you all the info on how to obtain your keys and room assignment

We had the great good fortune of finding this delightful little hotel on our way from Italy back to the NL. It was late when we decided we weren't far enough along in our journey to make it one day, as we'd hoped. Lucky for us, we found this place. The staff are delightful and the hotel is quaint and cute and SUPER clean! On my next trip to this part of Europe, I'll definitely be staying here again.

Terrific breakfast with lots of choices and lots of coffee. Quiet. Spotlessly clean. Location was a short walk from every thing we wanted to do. The staff were quite formal. My one complain was that the WiFi which I needed for business purposes was terrible. When I mentioned it to the front desk person, who I think was the owner, he told me it was just fine. If you drove here, the parking is free and just across the street.

Located near the top of the hilly tourist area, it was a quiet place to stay. The crowds of previous years seem to have disappeared. Dont know if Rudesheim has lost its appeal to tourists.

Good location. Nice room. We booked two rooms. One room had strong sweating smell, we requested to change to another room. Staff suggested us to swap the room among ourselves...haha that's not solving the problem. The staff didn't understand our situation. Fortunately, the manager stepped up and offered another room. Besides this, others are fine.

Choose this property because it had a sauna, but because they were catering to a bus load of people we were told sauna was not available. Hotel is at a high traffic intersection and was very loud all night, no fan no ac so had to leave window open as it was very hot and room very small. We asked for extra pillows and got two tiny throw pillows. No customer service whatsoever. I would not recommend

A quiet family run hotel at the top end of the town. Its an easy walk down to the Christmas market (bit more of a haul coming back) but theres a huge car park just across the road.Great breakfast at a very reasonable price and a very comfortable, if somewhat compact bedroom with a good en-suite. Have stayed here several times and never been disappointed.

Rudesheim is a charming small town on the banks of the Rhine and has a lovely Christmas market that takes in most of the town. Hotel Höhn is a moderately sized hotel on the edge of the town but still easily walkable to the centre - far enough away to be quiet - close enough to be convenient.The rooms are small but comfortable and have small, but very well equipped, bathrooms. The decoration is to a high standard and reflects that area of Germany.An excellent breakfast is served daily (additional cost)Highly recommended winter or summer.

We carried the luggage into the Hotel, but had to move all out to the Guesthouse, which was 300 m. away.The room tiny and crummy. Worst ever.The bedding were not changed, we had to tell them to change them.The best of it all was the breakfast the next day!

The hotel was fine, a bit old world-esque, but it was just a last minute pick. Unfortunately, although the town was quite quaint and sleepy our room was very warm and there was no air conditioning. This made worse by sleeping with the window open in an attempt to cool down and the traffic being unbearably loud all night. No sleep was had.

Room was very clean but on the small side and wardrobe space in minimal Shower was fab and plenty of hot water Little bit disappointed no coffee facilities in the room had to purchase from hotel @ €2.60 each. Apart from that very nice and staff spoke good English.
