It was okay for a night stay, we were limited with choice. Nice hosts but the room accommodation is dated and aging. The town is worthy of a night to enjoy a walk and visit a local tavern.

It was simple and traditional, and within easy reach of Bacharach centre. No tea or coffee in room or WiFi, so felt being overcharged for what I got. Breakfast was overpriced at €15 for a buffet. Did not have this as a result.

Family run. Friendly host. Room big and nicely eqipped with basics. No elevator only stairs would be difficilt for carrying luggages to room.

Property needs updating, Bedding is of poor quality and old, we had plenty of large green insects in the room. One of the pillows had blood on it. Cobwebs around the TV. Kettle needs replacing. Bathroom not too bad and clean however towels provided were so worn more like big rags.

Stefan and Sybil were such gracious hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (and breakfast!) at their lovely pension and will return next time we are in Bacharach.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a ground level room and appreciated not having to carry our luggage up stairs. Breakfast was typical fare and the coffee was very good. The town area is a short walk away. We would stay again.

We were unfortunately stuck in a fire A5 which delayed us by 3 1/2 hours. Stephan was very kind to check us in several hours after he closed. It was very fun to stay right in the quaint town of Bacharach. Very easy walk to the main street.

We loved our stay at Winzerhaus. Stefan and Sybille were friendly, kind and attentive. The location was beautiful and very convenient for where we wanted to be based. The room was lovely, and nice to have a little balcony to sit out on each morning. The breakfast was fab and good value too. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Hotel is quite an uphill climb from downtown and train station. Stephan graciously volunteered to transport us and our baggage, between train station and hotel, on travel days. He and his wife are quite cordial. Our rooms were austere and, frankly, cold in early June nights. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the lovely surroundings in Bacharach. Perfect! Such a welcoming and enjoyable location. Charming hotel (really BnB) within easy walk to the center of Bacharach with many restaurants and shops. The hosts (owners) were fantastically welcoming. A tasty breakfast each day. Even the available wine was great. Highly recommended. I would stay again for sure.

This family-run penzion/bed & breakfast was delightful. The owners were very personable, the location is perfect for walking to most of the main highlights in Bacharach, breakfast which was extra was well worth it and included a variety of breads, homemade jams, meats, cheeses, yogarts, and vegetables. We would stay there again.
