It was a great hotel with a great view and even better service. It’s a 30 second walk from the station and about 1 minute walk from the coop which is very convenient. Every time you leave or return Wengen you will pass by the charming town of Lauterbrunnen. We loved relaxing in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the mountains, and the indoor pool was also great!! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Highly recommend!

This hotel was fantastic, from the staff (extremely friendly and accommodating), to the hotel rooms (beds comfortable, pillows/sheets super soft, space decorated nicely), to the amenities (spa). We had the half board added onto our package which meant we got breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a buffet style; with a ton of delicious options to select from. The lady attending breakfast was extremely friendly and attentive. We assumed the dinner would be similar to breakfast; buffet style but were pleasantly surprised as it was a seated dinner where you selected from the half board menu. The dinner every day was remarkable. If you are planning on travelling to this area I highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed!

⭐️Breakfast buffet with varied choices and the Wellness floor with Indoor Heated Pool with water massage, steam bath, sauna, cold plunge, are the highlights of our hotel stay. 📝Limited toiletries: bathroom has no lotion, toothbrush, and hair conditioner; shampoo and body wash are combined; Iron for pressing clothes are not available to borrow. Nearby Food Recommendations: Lecker Asia 3 min walk - has the best ramen and all dishes we tried like karaage and gyoza are amazing. Bäckerei - Konditorei Vincenz AG 1 min walk - This bakery has amazing pastries and hot chocolate.

Staff all so lovely. Great breakfast choices. Outdoor hottub was a highlight, especially in the snow. Note the steam room, sauna and ice bath are in the nude zoom but towels provided. End of October is shoulder season, many village facilities close until winter season.

We stayed for 3 nights. The town is a great place to stay, not too touristy and not too rural. Many good places to eat. We had room 309 which had a balcony view over the train station which was across the street. Very quiet at night. Had a great breakfast buffet. Good hot tub, indoor pool, sauna and clothing optional sauna. The rooms come with bathrobe and slippers. Rooms are dated a bit, need more outlets for charging and needs new carpet throughout. Would stay there again and recommend!

We stayed 5 nights at the property. Excellent location. Nice close-by dining choices. The cable car to Mannlichen is only steps away and we went up there twice during our stay. Staff are very attentive and helpful. We stayed at 8 hotels during our 25 days trip in Switzerland and this is the best we experienced. Highly recommended.
