Our room had the perfect view of the valley. It was undoubtedly the most beautiful scene to wake up to. The location was perfect. The staff was top notch. We would definitely come back here again.

Booked the Mountain View Classic Room, and the view was simply out of this world! 😍 Stunning alpine scenery right outside the window — felt completely immersed in the Swiss mountain vibes.

Wen got a view with the mountain. It is gorgeous ~~~

5.2 / 10·Oct 2026

We stayed in a double room with a mountain view and checked in very early. However, the room we were assigned had a large pipe running through it. When we went to the front desk to request a room change after noticing this issue, they said it was not possible, even though there were still some rooms unoccupied. The presence of the pipe greatly affected the overall feel of the room, leaving a very poor impression. It felt like we spent a lot of money without getting the view we paid for, and the front desk staff did not cooperate to improve the customer experience, which was very disappointing. Overall, it was not a good experience.
