    I booked for my son and his girlfriend for two nights ( June 28-30). It was extreme disappointment regarding the recent stay at this hotel. Our experience was, without exaggeration, the most uncomfortable hotel stay of their life. Upon arrival, they found the room conditions to be entirely unacceptable. The room temperature was stifling, and the complete lack of air conditioning or adequate ventilation made it impossible to sleep. Despite attempting to cool the room, the environment remained unbearable, forcing my son and his girlfriend resort to sleeping on the floor in a desperate attempt to find any relief from the heat. This was not only exhausting but deeply distressing. A hotel room is intended to provide a basic standard of comfort and rest; instead, my experience was characterized by physical discomfort and a total lack of sleep, which significantly negatively impacted our trip. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff on but no solution was provided. They had to change to another hotel for next day. Given the severity of these conditions, I believe a stay of this quality does not meet the basic service expectations for any travelers. I am requesting a fully refund as compensation for the substandard conditions I endured. And I also recommend Agoda remove it from your hotel lists. Xiaobin Zhang

    With only a small plug in fan it is a hot nights sleep in the summer, even with all of the windows open. The breakfast was phenomenal and the views too. Staff was friendly and its a pretty town. Any time other than summer I would recommend.

    Old hotel. Room n toilet r old with some stains on its wall. It has beautiful yard, bt u r nt allowed to even hv some snacks n drinks on it. Male reception r so friendly to female guests, bt if u r male, b ready to get some stern attitude.

    I highly discourage anyone from staying at this property. Despite its advertised 4-star rating across major platforms, the actual standard of the hotel is deeply disappointing and unsanitary. Please Discrepancy in Amenities: The Agoda listing specified that the room included air conditioning, but none was provided. Basic expectations for a 4-star hotel, such as a mini-fridge and a safe, were also completely missing. Poor Hygiene and Maintenance (Room & Bathroom): The room is poorly maintained; the carpet is torn, stained, and smells of mold. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl had persistent stains that could not be removed by flushing. The tile grouting is covered in grime, and both the sink and bathtub fixtures are severely rusted. The sink drain is also broken and cannot retain water. Unsanitary Dining Experience: The lack of cleanliness extends to the hotel's dining area. The tableware and cutlery in the restaurant were outdated and visibly dirty, which raises serious concerns about their hygiene standards. Security and Comfort Issues: The window mechanism was broken and could not be locked. The curtains are too thin to block out light. Furthermore, the acoustic insulation is terrible; conversations and bathroom noises from adjacent rooms are clearly audible. Coupled with the frequent, loud train traffic from the nearby station, a decent night's sleep was impossible. Unreasonable Surcharges: The hotel charges exorbitant fees for basic requests, demanding €5 for a pair of slippers and €2.50 for plastic cutlery when a spoon was requested. I have attached photos documenting the poor state of the room, including the rusted fixtures, and the unsanitary bathroom/dining conditions. I hope these images help other travelers make an informed decision and avoid this property.
