Nice stay in a nice hotel
Nice property, even if old hotel seems to be quite neeely renovated. Good sized rooms, especailly nice views and clean room. The food was ok in the dinner and breakfast also ok.
The hotel is quite up on a steep hill, so be aware of this if you have trouble walking.

Beautiful location and good hotel with breakfast
The view from the balcony was amazing, you could see the peaks burn golden as it lights up with the sunrise
The room was small and extremely hot (peak winter and we had to sleep with the balcony doors open and all heaters shut off)

Exceptional - Spectacular views!
We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and amazing views. We loved everything about this hotel and the town of Wengen. Very friendly/helpful staff (Maresa, John and Melina). Nice breakfast but the restaurant menu for dinner had limited choice and bit pricey too The hotel is up a hill from the train station so be prepared to do some walking! They will pick up your bags if you call from the station. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
