Good base for Jungfraujoch region, where swiss alps are.There s a cable car going up the mountain to see 3 top mountains namely eiger, monch and jungfrau.. Up there, you can exit going to Grinderwald. Lauterbrunen is near around 16 mins train ride. I think Wengen is better than Zermatt. The hotel is what ypu expect from a chalet. Plenty of restaurants to eat. Explore the place to see cows and lama. Love the place

this property does not have 24 hrs front desk yet advertising as having 24 hrs front desk as a highlight. I was not able to check in because their false advertisement. I dont feel safe saying in a place with false advertisement but the hotel owner declined to refund me the money. The hotel is not very clean from my observation, as it is very expensive for what it provided.

Toilet is too small. There is no AC if you visit in summer. WiFi is not working properly if you stay upper floors. But staff is good. They are so kind and helpful.
