The concierge was absolutely the best I have ever encountered!! He was helful, friendly, gave recommendations and got us into our room 2 hours early with a 1st or 2nd floor pick! The 1 elevator was slow and clunky. The pool and hottub were amazing. Breakfast was fabulous and many many iptions with hot food!

Front desk staff was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, seemed sincerely interested in being helpful and friendly! Slightly sketchy feeling outside the front door when i arrived back about 10 pm and was relieved that the front desk person was there so i wasn't alone when i entered.
