    You pay for the location. Most of the tourist spot were walkable. Room size still has space for your large luggage (1pc only) that you can open. We had an extraordinary incident where the food boxes were left on top of the lamp on our ceiling. They said it could be the previous guests (very childish behavior). So this part is very disappointing as we had to go through some process like back and forth calls and waiting for the investigations. At the end, they’ve compensated us waiving one night of destination fee around $50. I would still recommend this hotel because of the location.

    Great location, staff was great. A couple of minor issues, not enough outlets in the room, and the elevators can take awhile. Other than that I would recommend.

    The hotel is very well located, well priced and the rooms are decent sized! Highly recommended. Big Joe the manager is very welcoming.

    The lobby is beautiful. The rooms, elevators and "breakfast protocol" are not congruent with the impressive lobby. It took 5-10 minutes a few times just to go up or down and the rooms are so small. Smaller than typical in NYC.
