For the cost of the room for one night £170, the whole experience, the room were all very ordinary. We have stayed in a lot of places and paid that sort of money and felt very special and looked after and this was just plain ordinary and not worth that amount of money!

Absolutely love this hotel, lots of space, great decor, dog friendly, john lewis next door, nice staff. Lovely breakfast. Only downfall small mini croissants not that fresh. Bar food good. Also there was an ice machine outside lift and not water. Was my main concern as both myself and dog getting dehydrated and online ordering was closed. Dog station near bar great idea and area close to breakfast for me to leave dog and eat.

It was a good stay overall but a bit expensive specially with hidden parking costs. I mean I have never had to pay parking charges worth £30 after already paying so much for my stay. Parking should be complementary. Even after paying for the parking if I don't take my car out at 2:30pm the next day I have to pay extra.

The property ant the room are nice, it’s to be expected at the price point, but the complete disregard about my request for a room on a higher floor and with a view was really frustrating and disappointing, there are no excuses since the person at our checking told me she had no notes or messages about my request which I did both when reserving the room and when I messaged the hotel one day in advance, as you may imagine I was left with a very bad feeling about Hilton as a brand and won’t be my first choice in the future.

The location of the hotel is good. But it is a long walk going down and the lift is out of service, which is terrible. Besides that, breakfast is not included, which is really something the Hilton status should do.

Great hotel in the heart of Cambridge. 10 mins walk from Colleges and tourist area. Smart, functional hotel with good service and full English breakfast along with cereal, canned juices, tea, coffee, cheeses, freshly made eggs by the chef, etc etc (but no eggs benedict!). Excellent air-conditioning. Expected higher water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable stay.

Our room was super comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Due to its great location to restaurants, etc., We didn't eat at the hotel. We did have a few drinks in the bar, which is very comfortable, but found that the drinks were fairly expensive. We parked the car (they have valet service) and walked everywhere. Superb location.

The staff were very good. The housekeeping was good but it kind of bothered me that they didn't change the drinking glasses every day. The tub/shower was good but it was a bit elevated to get into for a person with hip issues. The breakfast was good.

Lovely weekend stay at the Hilton, Cambridge. Room was spotless, little extras like the heated bathroom mirror so it didnt steam up from the shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't praise it enough.
