    The room and bad were comfortable but the aircon was freezing and nothing I could control I had to call the hotel as the phone had no instructions how to call front desk. To ensure they could change and up my temperature which was not really Im control. It was on 20 degrees and ended at 22 degrees. At 20 degrees I wasn’t able to sleep my head was freezing with the air blowing straight into my head. Room 204 may need bed to be changed to another direction . The rest of the hotel and staff were excellent

    When I check in my room I ask for shampoo &conditioner they don’t have Lady house keeping cannot speak English says no shampoo & conditioner ! There’s no coffee only tea I went to reception I told her I need coffee just told me get it from the buffet ridiculous the amount of money we pay almost *** $ Holy for just 8 hours lay over can’t even give us at least shampoo forget the conditioner!
