The information and procedures provided by the reception staff were unsatisfactory, causing us inconvenience during our stay: We preferred to pay in cash instead of by credit card, and the receptionist informed us that the payment receipt would only be issued during checkout, which we found absurd. Thanks to the intervention of another, more experienced receptionist, the receipt was issued immediately. We were unable to register our dinner bill in our room for payment at checkout because we paid for the accommodation in cash. As we did not have this information, I had to go to the room to get my wallet to pay the bill. A very uncomfortable situation. When we sought out management to complain about the situation, we received the response that this was the situation and that nothing more could be done.

I actually really loved this hotel. It definitely exceeded my expectations and the location was fabulous. The restaurant was staffed with very lovely people and there was a dj playing fun music. I’d stay here again and would recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful but for nearly $300/night, the facility was run down. 1) Carpeting in the hallways was all torn up and dirty. 2) No access to the fitness center with your key. Had to request access at front desk .. 30 people in line and the wait to see someone to request access was estimated to be like 30 minutes plus. There were only 2 people in the fitness center and staff had a key outside the fitness center but would not let me in, telling me I need approval from front desk. I will not stay again. Very disappointed.

Did not have breakfast, tried to get dinner with a Hugh wait list so I was told I could order room service who never answered the phone x4 calls. So I already gave up my wait time that night so I did not get to eat anything for dinner!! Bathrooms first floor one was clogged the other no toilet paper. I have always enjoyed the Hilton not this time!

The staff was excellent however the room was just ok. Itnwas cold and the thermostat was not working properly. We requested blankets that never came. The never flushed properly after each use, and my room key card kept demagnitizing although it was kept separate from other things in efforst to prevent that. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. In fact, it was the highlight of our stay.

Good location. The bed in our room sagged on one side. Food was okay in the restaurant but service was bad.

Pool had a fire amd were suddenly closed. Frontdesk had to lie about it. Calling it maintanence. Only reason to book for us was the pool. If there been an accident, its understandable. So be honest about it. And the smell of fire was also present so bad decision from the mangement to make front desk tell lies.

this hotel needs an update badly. The rooms look like they are from the 1980s; at least there is no carpet, and the rooms were clean. My room (3 beds which was all that was left) looked like a convent! Also be aware check in is slow and painful-almost 30+ minutes. the only upside is the bar, where you can have drinks to forget you are leaving Rome and staying at this subpar hotel

It was very nice hotel and very close to the airport. You must know that the walkway to the hotel starts on level two of the airport. It is the same walkway used for rental cars. Follow the Hilton or Hotel sign. You can get there in about 10 minutes even with luggage without much problem. Part of the way has moving walkways.

Very convenient location. We stayed here the night before an early flight. Clean room, comfortable bed. The walls are very thin and the hallways can be noisy. Most of the staff was very friendly, but there was a very rude staff member at the check in desk.

This hotel does not answer to your email. I sent several emails and messages via hotels.com but they never replied. I requested a baby crib which, they told me at the reception, was in the room but it was not and no one was aware. The water was cold when I wanted to take a shower in the morning and the only explanation was "sorry, many people take their shower at the same time". Internet is not working properly. Paying 300€ for one night at an Hilton hotel, you expect a better service.
