Lovely spa in lovely Wicklow
The facilities were great, sauna, pool…. The restaurant had great food, great choice for breakfast in the morning.
Staff were so kind from start to finish. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful.
Unfortunately, we didn’t find the bed or pillows extremely comfortable.

Would definately return , it was very relaxed and the walks around the area were beautiful.
Breakfast was nice but not exceptional . Staff were lovley and area was very clean
The windows entering the reception were very dirty. One of the towels in the bathroom had makeup stains on it.
We purchased dinner but the food was just ok.

A haven!
I loved the single storey layout of Powerscourt Springs, beautiful calm areas to sit indoors and out, I felt wrapped in peace, comfort and tranquility.
Breakfast was exceptional, bacon and scrambled eggs the nicest by far I've ever had!

I have mixed feelings, falsely advertised.
My girlfriend and I booked an overnight room for 230 euro with spa access and breakfast included.
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. The decor is very nice and calming with some nice spaces for relaxation. You can go into the yoga studio and do what you like if it isn't busy.
The staff were very kind and welcoming.
The dinner was delicious and the breakfast which we had included was good (although no cappuccino / latte, possible.
Our room TV had Netflix on it (I'm not sure if someone forgot to log out)
The grounds are very beautiful for a walk and there's a nice forest path that goes down to a river.
We booked a room with spa access... to call what they have here a spa should be illegal. There is one small pool with only enough deck space for 2 chairs, which as you can imagine are almost always already taken. The sauna loses heat faster than my house no matter how much you try to warm it up and the ceiling is extremely low making sitting on the top bench very uncomfortable, especially if you're tall. The steam room was out of service, and by reading some reviews it seems that's the case very often. The "hot tub' outside was lukewarm. And an infrared sauna outside. That is your spa :)
No flip flops provided, you can buy them for 10 euro.
If you want to do anything else that this place offers, the treatments start at a whopping 150 euro and need to be booked a day in advance to guarantee availability, if you want to participate at a yoga / meditation classes held every day, you have to pay.
The dinner and breakfast tables have to be booked in advance as there isn't enough space.
Late check out over an hour is 35 euros per person.
Overall, do not go here for spa, you will be greatly disappointed for the price you pay.

Last-minute, good value for money
The team at Powerscourt springs were delightful and always helpful! The breakfast and dinner was lovely. The main shared areas (studio, library, bar and restaurant) were beautiful. The hotel seems a popular spot for solo travellers which made sitting down to dinner alone less intimidating. Overall a very relaxed and peaceful environment! The location was excellent for getting to local hikes too.
The room was a bit tired, the bathroom wasn’t super clean and it felt like the spa experience ended once you hit the very long corridor away from the tranquil, incense-filled shared spaces. As it’s a good spot for hikers, a mini fridge would have been a valuable addition to the room and would have also allowed for storage of fresh milk and a cold bottle of water. Would have loved a proper spoon or two for the tea/coffee caddy too!
As it was a last-minute (day before) booking, I understand things may not be prepared the way they might be with an advance booking though. I’d still recommend staying here!

Extraordinary value
It was a stop off for 1 night on route to playing golf 30mins away the following day. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the facilities as we arrived at 9pm and left at 8am but what we saw looked excellent especially for the excellent value that we paid for our Wednesday night stop. Breakfast was satisfactory with a lovely plate of various fruits served before our full Irish breakfast. Reception staff who also covered the bar were super friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. It's definitely a place to return to (bringing our wife's) next time we journey in the area for golf knowing they will have a satisfying day in our absence.
Couldn't fault anything 😃

Great staff and relaxing setting but facilities could be better
Very friendly, attentive staff. Entrance and cocktail bar is relaxing and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spotless
Spa/Leisure area feels neglected despite being one of the main selling points. A fresh coat of paint, decorations, better lighting and relaxing music would make a huge difference. Luckily we were a couple but I would rethink if you're planning a day spa with a group. Pool area is an awkward shape so there are only two lounge chairs and limited space for others to hang robes etc. Gets a bit chaotic if there are a lot of people at the pool. They also charge for hotel flip flops which I thought was a bit mean.
No EV charging which I surprised by.

Good, would go back
The massage wasn't good, the products were bad on my skin, the rooms are so basic, there is no information as to when any yoga classes were on and that seemed a little ignored for a place that should make more use out of that facility

Overnight stay and perfectly pleasant
This was pleasant and quiet and a simple overnight stay. I enjoyed it.
All good.

Great alternative to big hotels, but pricey
Calm vibe, great location, not too busy
We each had a facial. Mine was great but my wife's was quite rough and the therapist used latex gloves, which made it noisy and not at all relaxing. Also, durations were not mentioned in the spa menu. The standard facial was €90 for 40 mins.

We both enjoyed our stay in this property, very nice location with great staff.
The location of the property is superb, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.
Nothing to dislike about the property, unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, not anyone’s fault.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the Money

⭐️⭐️ Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the Money
I came here hoping for a relaxing break, but unfortunately left feeling even more stressed.
First impressions weren’t great – Teresa, who seems to run the show, really needs to take a train the trainer course. She speaks to guests like an old-school teacher from the 80s and gave me incorrect information. The website clearly says forest bathing can be booked before check-in, but she insisted I couldn’t do it until after checking in. My time is limited and I chose this place to unwind, but that attitude set the tone for the whole stay.
When I finally got to my room, I’m not convinced the sheets were even fresh – there was mascara on the pillow and the flat sheet looked reused.
The “spa” was more like a small gym area: a pool, a lukewarm sauna, and a steam room. Around the pool there were only two loungers for relaxing – hardly a spa experience.
Dinner was just okay, and breakfast was pretty poor. I left feeling completely disappointed and like I’d wasted my money.
The only positive note – Louise at reception was lovely, polite, and professional. Teresa, on the other hand, would be better suited to working behind the scenes rather than dealing with
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It’s not a health farm
I booked the “health farm” for the experience of pampering myself. For the 2 days I was there all treatments were booked out. The food was very nice, the waitress was lovely
The outside garden is in bits, needs cleaning, a repaint and someone to empty the overflowing bin. Cleaners came into room and made the bed on my second day, they didn’t actually clean which I found odd. In the toilet bowl where the water sits is filthy.

Great location, nice and relaxing, would return for a longer stay.
Location and the tranquility of the area. Nice and quiet for a weekend away, very relaxing. Dinner in the evening was excellent and the breakfast was quite good.
Lady on reception when checking in was a bit sharp.
I put a gratuity of €10 on to our evening meal bill, but on checking out I found that this had mysteriously changed to €20. I didn’t bother raising the point as we had a good time.

Wouldn't Revist Complex
Dinner was lovely, situated in a lovely mountain area, calming environment. Bar staff, restaurant staff and a Man front of house staff, cleaning staff was lovely to deal with.
The complex was on lovely grounds however the upkeep could be better. Spiders in a lot of areas, webs on doors, leaves and just general maintenance is poor. Breakfast poor, and some of the front of house staff a were a bit abrupt and not approachable. Carpet around the complex was quite dated.

It was a short stay as I was attending a wedding, comments as above.
Bed was comfortable, breakfast was lovely.
There was a smell of damp in the room, found it hard to get asleep as all I could smell was damp.

Beautiful surroundings, perfect for walks. Excellent food in the restaurant with great service. Very comfortable bed. Lovely relaxing music and atmosphere in communal areas.
The shower room was small but perfectly sufficient.

Very disappointing.
The location and food were good. Sadly was very much underwhelmed by it.
Room was tiny, shabby paintwork, no WiFi available unless you were outside. Sensory garden fill of weeds and dead leaves.

An excellent getaway without going far.
Beautiful setting and immaculate facilities. The staff were friendly and the room was basic, but lovely.
The vegan option for breakfast left much to be desired. It isn’t a breakfast that many vegans would necessarily consider nor enjoy very much. It was fine. Also, there really needs to be a shower within the pool area (as opposed to outside) where folx can rinse off after the sauna and steam room. We saw a number of sweaty people going straight back into the pool and it gave us the ick.

Great Location in a lovely part of Ireland
Great location, loved the alpacas and the walks around the area,
The breakfast selection wasnt great, suits some people not others. I would prefer to choose my fruit.
Staff could have been warmer.

Absolutely bliss.
I always stay here, at least once a year for work in the local area. The dinner was absolutely beautiful. The area is beautiful, the alpacas, the gardens, wild deer, yoga + meditation on Saturday morning was just bliss. I love it here! The bed was so comfy and it was very quiet.
The shower sprayed onto the tiles so maybe an extra curtain would be good - nothing major to complain about!

I would not recommend this place
Proximity to Dublin
Run down, room was dark and mildewy. No lights, no enough outlets, shower was clogged. Rug old and smelled. Pillows hard. Grounds were run down overgrown. Smoking everywhere.

Lovely, relaxing short stay at health farm
Cool yoga studio, loved the alpacas, great breakfast, lovely pool and sauna
Only downside is tough to get a taxi to/from because of location so is definitely easier if you drive!
