I had a fantastic stay at Murphy’s Hotel in Tinahely. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. I also enjoyed spending some time in the bar and restaurant that evening, where I had a few drinks and a lovely meal.
The hotel offers more amenities than you’d expect for an overnight stay, including a pool table, which was a great touch and added to the overall experience. The bathroom was immaculate, with a nice, spacious bath that really stood out.
The price matched the quality of the stay perfectly, offering great value for money. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from.
Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay and would highly recommend Murphy’s Hotel, Tinahely. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing stopover or a short getaway, with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Great quality bedroom, piping hot water, breakfast was excellent, service was very good.
The door between rooms, must have been adjoining rooms, thankfully it was quiet

The nature is beautiful, the hotel is tiny, only with 10 rooms. My room was cosy and clean enough.
The service was not kind, people didn't want to work. The breakfast was very slowly and not tasty.
