Brilliant hotel, my favourite place in Bray.

Location is perfect. We had stayed previously but this time we booked a room with a balcony and hot tub which was fabulous! Staff are super friendly as well.

Option to get coffee in the morning, even from a quality vending machine as the nespresso machines in the room never give you enough coffee. The Spar has good coffee nearby but on some mornings the weather was awful!

Great view, bed and location

We had the sea view room. Super comfortable bed, loved the bath tub and room was nice and spacious with great views. Shower was great and spacious shower room. Really enjoyed it here and location was great would definitely come back to here.

Toilet room is quite small with a small gap between the doors. Wanted to use hot tub but didn’t realise they close so early or needed staff so if you want to use it check ahead. I think a 4pm check in is a bit late, €20 for earlier check isn’t great but staff were lovely and when we did arrive after 3 the room was available and the woman at reception was really nice. Only mention these things they might’ve big issues for some people but maybe not for others. We loved our stay here

Loved the staff, they were all so friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was fab. Great location.

The parking wasn’t great as it was busy and hard to find a space but hotel advised us on the parking app which was good. Breakfast could be an option to guests but we just went out and had it after we left so not a big deal.

Lovely little boutique hotel over a sea front bar and restaurant. Fantastic room and a free upgrade because it was a quiet night so we had some extra space. Amelia was very helpful over the phone and in person

Fun, enjoyable, hard to beat. Good memories made

The room was amazing, the staff were very helpful, emailed and advised of the nightclub next door and offered to cancel if this Was of any issue, the food was great and im very picky, ive never had a hotel provide ear plugs before, this was a kind gesture which was not needed as i was probably making half the noise, had an awsome stay and i will be back to stay in a month or 2

Not a hotel for quiet nights

Bath, games room, food was also nice.

Told us that on Sundays we wouldn't have any,issue with noise. Then there was music blaring until 2.30 in the morning next door. Not happy with the stay, curtains were broken so we had lights from next door in the room all night.

Great location with great views if you get a seafront room. But...

We stayed at the hotel on a Friday and Saturday night while attending a work presentation. After booking and paying, we were informed that Fridays can get “a bit noisy,” and upon check-in we were told that Saturday would be even louder. Friday night: This wasn’t too bad. We returned after midnight and only had to deal with about an hour of the DJ downstairs. Manageable enough. Saturday night: Completely different story. There was a band playing in the marquee at the hotel next door, another band in the marquee at the front of our hotel, and a DJ—all performing at the same time. The result was chaotic, overlapping noise that carried on well past the promised 2 a.m. finish. We were disappointed to have to argue for a 1 p.m. checkout, and no compensation was offered. Earplugs were provided, but they were useless against the sheer volume and vibration throughout the building. As a musician, I enjoy live music, but three competing acts blasting simultaneously felt more like sensory overload than entertainment. If the hotel knows weekends are this intense, why not offer a discount or, at the very least, give guests a proper warning before they commit to booking? A vague note after payment saying it gets “a bit lively” was nowhere near enough preparation for what we experienced. On the positive side, the food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, and the staff were genuinely lovely. It’s a great hotel in many respects—but management needs to be upfront and fair about the weekend noise levels.

Beautiful small hotel on the Seafront

The staff were accommodating and answered any questions we had, the bath is amazing and the sea view is beautiful.

If you want a quiet weekend don't go here, in fairness the hotel makes it clear from the time of booking that there is a DJ on till 2/3am on Friday and Saturday so there is no complaints from us on it.

First time at The Palm

Nice room with comfy bed. Walk in shower, as requested. Fridge was a nice touch. Coffee machine was easy to use and the pods replaced each day. Handy having the bar on site. I stayed early in the week and the place was thankfully very quiet at night, I suspect that may not be the case at the weekend. I would book again.

The only view was a wall, but as I was only there during the evening that wasn't a problem. Breakfast isn't on the menu, but as I know Bray I knew places that are brilliant. It might be helpful to offer some suggestions to new travellers.

Lovely place to stay in Bray

It was delightful. The staff were friendly and engaging. The room, with a hot tub, was very stylish and we used the tub, which was a lot of fun. It also hadca fridge which is always handy. The bar was lovely, albeit quiet on the night we were there. I would have been happy to stay longer, but time was against us on this trip.

I wasn't that keen on cameras being on the hot tubs, but there must be a reason for it. The shower was a bit slippery...but again, it was very stylish!

Restful, relaxing and comfortable!

The Palm was a perfect little stay. Room was a great size and had really good facilities, comfy bed, good shower, smart TV, plenty of room for suitcases etc. Good sized fridge in the room and tea and coffee machine included. Great location on the seafront and a 5min walk to Bray station. Bray is lively on a Saturday night but the complimentary ear plugs helped!

Great hotel and restaurant in Bray

Beautiful room at the front of the hotel overlooking the sea. We also had a nice surprise that our room came with a private hot tub . We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was delicious. The staff were really attentive and friendly. We had a really lovely holiday in Bray.

Our first night at the hotel was a Saturday. We enjoyed the live band in the restaurant but the DJ was so loud it was clearly heard in our hotel room

Beautiful, tasteful hotel, excellent value for money for what it was.

The Palm was as nice as a 5 star hotel. Exceptional value for money, beautiful décor. Overall exceeded our expectations and is probably the nicest and one of the most memorable hotels I have stayed in a long time. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again. Also there is a hot tub on the balcony which was a lovely surprise after a long day.
