Like our previous stay in a different Hilton a few months ago, this was an all round excellent experience.

The property was excellent overall but standing out above everything was the level of care and attention given by the staff. Without exception, the nicest group of people we’ve ever encountered.

I’d be nitpicking if went looking for something I disliked.

As a group of 10 we had a great stay and all agreed it was ideal for a rugby weekend.

breakfast was really good and very well displayed. Mihae our breakfast host was so welcoming and attention to detail was fantastic. She is a great asset to the team.

Bathrooms could be a bit more modern but they were spotlessly clean.

My stay was okay the only problem I had was I cancelled my booking before and rebooked for three people instead of two.

The place was in a good location which is easily accessible

What I didn’t like was the shower the bathtub the water was not going out during the shower. The water was flooding.

Perfect in every way from start to finish

I absolutely loved this hotel. Beautifully presented. Rooms were beautiful and sparkling. Location is v close to the City and Heuston station. Staff were so accommodating, friendly and efficient. I can’t wait to go back again 😊

Comfy, yummy, Dog and family friendly, great location and value for money

Comfy bed, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, secure easy parking, Dog friendly and family friendly hotel, lovely warm room, good value for Dublin, great location, the food in the restaurant is very tasty and well prepared, we're next door to the IMMA which has a fab dog walking park.

Clean, nicely decorated for Christmas season

Staff in particular one receptionist had very poor attitude and was not friendly or helpful and we waited 3 hours for our bedroom to be ready. They were not customer focussed at all. Breakfast was cold and had to be heated up in microwave. Poor service and wouldn’t recommended. Expensive for such poor customer service.

Sweet place

The hotel had a ramp to help push buggy and child up to entrance. This was good. The welcome was nice. My daughter liked the complimentary snack chocolate bar thank you. The breakfast was delicious.

No blueberry muffins and no pancakes on offer at cinnamon. The bar had no peach’s snaps and no vodka for RSPCA’s fundraiser cocktail night. I was disappointed I couldn’t buy molneyeaux. Most of tables booked out reserved at dinner time.

Lovely spot

Great location. Very modern and clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Staff at check in very friendly and welcoming.

Pillows were very soft with no neck support. Body lotion in bathroom was not refilled and ran out even though we were only there one night

Comfortable hotel could have been closer to city

Nice Staff. Pool had good availability and we made very good use out of it. Was close to the jail which was a very good visit

Charged twice for the room - issue not yet resolved

I was charged twice for the room and it has been 7 days and still not resolved. Hotel staff seem disinterested, unhelpful and have been ineffective in resolving the issue.

Great Stay, lovely bed.

The bed was what I expect, luxurious bedding and very comfortable. One of the receptionist looked after us throughout our stay, which made it extra special.

Like I said, our bed was lovely, but the room and bathroom needs updating, very dated. Also, I’m 6 foot and struggled to have a shower in the bathroom.

Disappointing.

It was clean and comfortable.

The food wasn’t very good. The meat (chicken and bacon) was very tough. A staff member in the restaurant asked if the €4 in the change she was handing me was for her tip! She didn’t even wait for me to give her a tip! I’ve never experienced this ever before and was not impressed or pleased with it! The staff in general were not very nice. Unfortunately Felipe was off, he is, by far, the friendliest of staff in this hotel!

the air condition or ventilation was not working , after complaining they did not fix it or change the room, instead gave a fan and complimetary break fast and parking, the fan made things worse felt suffocated and no sleep

We received a very warm welcome by Joaquin and got upgraded into family room with view to the castle gate. It felt brilliant.

Lovely stay at the Hilton

Second visit to this hotel. Staff are lovely here. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. Very good shower.. Fridge in room which is an added bonus. Breakfast is excellent. Will definitely be back.

A little pricey on this occasion, but we were there for a concert so knew that would be the case.

The staff were amazing, special mention to Felipe who made us feel so welcome! The view from our room looking at Kilmainham Gaol was lovely ☺️
