Worst Room I have ever stayed in

Nothing honestly

The smell from the apartment is so bad. There was holes on the Kitchen floor. The door for the shower was broken, Also shower is not cleaned. There is black mold everywhere! The bedroom is disgraceful. The mattres is so old.and lots of stains. Dust on everything in wardrobe, the stain on the Mattress is disgusting. The walls in the bedroom are covered in. Stains and there is also a blood stain on the wall. It looks old so nobody has ever attempted to clean it. Lastly I paid 252€ for this booking and today I seen the same booking for 35euros per night. So you just overcharged ×8 times the normal.price for this disgusting room. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss as I feel this issues need to be addressed.

Genuinely walked out after 10 minutes. Would not offer me a refund when I listed and provided evidence for the following; The smell of mould was putrid. Absolutely nothing

I booked a stay for 3 guests, in which one room was advertised to include a bunk bed for 2 of the guests and one room with a single bed for the remaining guest. However, upon arrival, the room advertised to host a single bed for a single person ended up having bunk beds where I would be occupying one of the beds amongst 3 other men, something I was not comfortable with as a woman. This conveniently was not communicated when I booked with the property. There were also bed bugs, so that was another negative. The staff were not accommodating when I expressed my concerns.

The fact I left the room was the best bit

Everything, pillows non existent, hard wood mattress, no private bathroom as booked, booked a quadruple room only got a triple, stuffy room no window, full of damp and mould. Staff didnt help just apologised because they've overbooked so had to book another hotel

Cheapest, convenient & spacious option for 1 night

- central - spacious apartment - kitchen with microwave & kettle - self check-in - Brazilian resteraunt next door (hear their music) - washing machine/dryer

- ancient/dirty mattress - bathroom stinky - hear people upstairs - bedding sheets had hair and dust - holes in the floors of the kitchen - I couldn’t leave the building and was locked out but didn’t know I had to press both button and open door same time. - heater didn’t work (staff notified but not resolved)

BED BUGS!!! My roommate and I found several bed bugs on our last morning both in the bedroom and in the common are plus we both got bitten! No hot water in shower, no toilet paper, no towel! Worse communication, checkin instructions absolutely poorly transmitted. It took forever to receive it and then it took them forever to tell me which bed was my once there. No one picked up the phone. Beds are tiny and blanket too short (I’m just 5.5”…)

The location of the accommodation was ok, in a central part. However, the rooms were disgusting. The beds were not properly assembled, they creaked. The shower was filthy, there was no toilet paper. We rented 3 rooms, we couldn't even get into the third room, we got a mattress and that was it. Since we couldn't get into the third room, I would like to ask for a refund.

Worst experience ever

The location was ideal.

When we arrived at the hotel we couldn't enter because we were given the wrong code to the door. We weren't able to contact staff until the next morning. Luckily another resident helped us get in and we were told this happens quite often. The kitchen was overflowing with water and was so disgusting same for the bathroom. The beds was dirty and painful.

I booked this for my son who ended up spending the night in the car because this place was filthy to the point that the mattress was wet and stinky, urinated by someone in a crowded room full of drunk people, the smell was horrible and the overall picture is of an extremely dirty place

Great location

The apartment smelt so bad. We avoided the bathroom and kitchen due to this foul smell. Furniture was broken and cracked, walls were stained. Did not feel clean. Host did come and spray air freshener to help the smell but this did not help.

Not serious, not safe. Book somewhere else.

The room is all you can expect for the cheapest accomodation in the city centre. The problem is the management. They sent me three codes: one for the street door, one for the apartment door and one for my room. The first one didn't work. I had to send a message to the accomodation to ask for a working code and wait on the street until I got an answer. When I finally managed to get in, I found out that the other two codes were totally useless, as the apartment and the room doors didn't have panels to enter codes. You could just open them. Eventually, I wanted to go out to have some dinner, but I was afraid of leaving my baggage unprotected (there aren't lockers either). So I texted again to the accomodation to ask if it was safe to leave my stuff in the room while I was out and they replied that I could do that, but at my own risk... It may be tempting to book here to since it's cheap, but I would strongly suggest anybody to spend a couple more of euros and book somewhere else where they take security and customer treatment more seriosuly.

We were following check in instructions, we got to our apartment door, we typed in the key given to us and the key wouldn’t work. Naturally we tried a view more times and double checked the key to make sure we hd it right. We did. I rang the owner 4 times emailed and texted and got no response. Due to this we had to pay money for a new accommodation on a sunday on all ireland final day! It cost us a arm and a leg!! We later received a phone call from the accommodation after paying for our new accommodation. They told us we were in the wrong and they can do nothing about it. We have video evidence of us putting in the code given and the door not opening. On top of that the cleanliness of the building was appauling! Wouldn’t recommend at all

The location

The property is not what is shown in the photos at all. There are codes to enter the property instead of keys and these are not changed. We experienced a random man entering our room at 3am to use a bed and he claimed to still have the code from the previous week. He then proceeded to sleep in the kitchen which is also not shown in the photos. The beds were infested with bed bugs and this seems to be an ongoing issue due to recent reviews. No response was made after notifying staff/management even after stating the clear safety issues at hand. We left in the middle of the night and were not given a refund.
