Good shopping. But room too small- and tiny firm beds. Shower had a blow horn sound. Expensive for what it is. Staff very nice.

We were delighted that we were able to check in early as there was a room available, and things started out well. Unfortunately, that was about as good as it got.
When we got to the room, we realised that the sofa bed’s bedsheets and duvet cover were not exactly the cleanest, with visible stains on them. Thankfully, we had brought our own disposable travel covers, so we were able to set those up ourselves.
We understood that the apartment does not provide daily full housekeeping services, but we expected there to at least be daily or alternate-day trash collection. Unfortunately, this was not offered unless we specifically asked for it.
As we were staying for 7 nights, one cleaning was arranged on Day 4. (For stays of 6 days or less, there is apparently no arranged cleaning at all, which felt a little excessive.) Unfortunately, after the cleaning, one set of bath towels was missing, and the kitchen towels were not replenished either.
It also took around an hour each time we followed up on missing items or requested replenishment. For example, we were initially given only two rolls of toilet paper, and these were not replenished until we asked.
If daily or alternate-day light housekeeping is not going to be provided, it would have been much better to have some form of self-service arrangement — for example, a designated trash room where guests could dispose of their accumulated daily rubbish, along with sufficient supplies of basic necessities to last for the duration of the booked stay.
Overall, the lack of basic housekeeping and the need to repeatedly follow up for essential items made the stay less comfortable than we had expected.
