Beds were so uncomfortable Shower made very very loud noise when being used Sold as 'Studio Apartment' but it's just a small room with a sink and some pans.

We lived the location. It was very handy for both sides of the Liffey with temple bar and O'connor street just minutes away.

Shower was a little cramped and the concertina door could be a little awkward.

The king bed was very comfortable but tight against the wall making it necessary to climb over the other person in bed or slide down to the bottom and climb out . Stayed there last summer and beds were not like this .

Well located stay for exploring Dublin with nice facilities.

Great, modern apartment in a perfect location to explore Dublin by foot. Plenty of eating options around (including some of the best noodles we've ever had right across the street) and an excellent pub about 200 metres away. Our mini apartment was compact. but comfortable and had all we needed for our 3 night stay. Would highly recommend if you want a convenient base to explore Dublin.

Great place to stay! I highly recommend it.

Centrally located, modern and clean, good vibes. Our apartment unit is equipped with microwave oven, hob, nespresso machine complete with coffee pods, dishwasher, crockery, tableware, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, dining table, sofa.

We stayed in apartment #006 on the ground floor. The main door, door into the bedroom, door to the bathroom, and door to the living room are all facing each other in a square. But there are no indicators/door signs so it’s very confusing. I almost went through the main door naked thinking it’s the bedroom door 😅.

A great place to stay in Dublin City centre with everything you need

We loved that we could cook our own meals on the stove as it saved us a lot of money eating out. The kitchen facilities were modern and stylish however a little cramped. The fridge allowed us to store food but was a little small. Our favourite parts were the huge double bed and large screen TV. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well each night. There is a large screen tv which allows you to watch streaming services such as YouTube, Disney+, Netflix and Spotify. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The shower space was a little small but gave nice warm showers. The cafe/restaurant space on the ground floor was amazing. You can order food and drinks 24/7. This area is cosy, modern and comfortable. There’s also a laundry room for guests. This saved us so much luggage space as we didn’t need to pack as much for our flight. There’s also a gym for guests who wish to use it

We didn’t like that the kitchenette had a plug socket directly above the kitchen tap. The kitchen tap was difficult to control and we decided not to use the plug socket above the tap for obvious reasons. This really needs to be re-imagined. We also didn’t like that we asked for our rubbish to be removed from our room on day 2 of our 4 day stay but the rubbish was never taken. We asked via their what’s app channel and the said someone would collect it but it never was.

Location was perfect as it is at Dublin City Centre, close to restaurants, shopping centers and walking distance to several activities, museums, historical sites and tours. International district of food and the historic Flattery’s Pub. Grocery stores within short walking distance, so it was perfect for the extended stay amenities in the rooms (2 burner cook top, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen/meal dishes/utensils/pots/pans).

Overall, our 4 rooms we stayed in were good and we enjoyed the location and ease of operation.

Didn't eat there but did enjoy the tables to play card with family who ordered drinks. Made the evening more social as we chatted with other guests. The location was great for us to access everywhere we wanted to walk in Dublin. Our studio was very comfortable.

My daughter's room was #19 . She told me that her room was fairly dark, there was hair on the floor (not hers) and that her AC was on the fritz. In addition, her shower discharged water at 2:30am, when she hadn't taken a shower that night. very weird.

Location was great easy walk to everything, quiet in our room which was great because I’m a light sleeper. Room was clean and well equipped, had air conditioning which was great because it has been humid. Hotel breakfast was ok, nothing special but buffet style and some good options. Liked that elevator was room key required to use, felt a little safer. Would stay there again.

Not a great area so choose the Staycity on the other side of the river

The apartment size was decent, we got the large studio. The staff was helpful and you can contact the staff via Whatsapp.

The location is not the best, it is in the 'poor' section of Dublin. Although there is a good high street and lots of food places, the area itself is quite run-down and did not feel very safe.

Location: Wonderful. About 10-minute walk from the main Temple bar area, and was surrounded by great coffee shops, a good pub, and fine places to eat (I didn't like any of the food in Dublin, but the food near the hotel was to par). It was easily accessible for taxis and was about a 15 minute walk from the airport bus stop Staff: Everyone was so helpful and kind! Very accommodating. Facilities: The king suite was spacious with a dishwasher, espresso machine, and sink! The bed was 2 twin beds pushed together with a latch which was moderately uncomfy for 2 people but overall fine. The main space was beautiful and definitely a place to spend time in. LAUNDRY!! Was such a bonus perk and it was so easy to use (and free!). We brought our own detergent but signs said you could get it from the front desk. Overall this was a great stay and we will absolutely be back next time we are in Dublin.

Lovely hotel but other Staycity apartments are more central

Lovely room and good self catering facilities, with friendly staff on desk 24/7. Cafe downstairs.

No parking on site - there is a carpark 23 euros/day 5mins walk away down some alleys with drug use. Hotel is close enough to centre (other side of river) but seems to be located in a dodgy area.

Wouldn’t stay here again due to poor treatment when checking out

Very clean, neat and tidy

States discounted parking if you stay there and park in Q Carpark - front desk doesn’t take cash and we weren’t informed of this beforehand and had to pay €37 for 1 night of parking in the carpark when it stated it would be €23 for staying in the hotel. They would not validate the ticket for us as we didn’t have any cash and weren’t very nice about it either

Lovely place

I put a bid on a larger room or apartment and got the apartment! It's a very good system for upgrading people into rooms / apartments that hadn't been booked for that night. It was very clean, had all the facilities you'd need, and staff were lovely and welcoming.

However, I did get charged twice - once through booking, one through their own portal as I was paying my bid for the upgrade, so be careful. To their credit, the staff sorted me out over email once I provided proof that I was double-charged for the room.
