Loved the decor , the little added extras , the staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with . Great to be able to check out at 12.

Firstly, the staff were wonderful, considerate and very much hands on.
I chose other because unfortunately I was in this part of the world because my husband had open heart surgery in Blackrock Clinic. This is his 4th heart surgery.
The staff managed to rearrange their room allocation so I could have access to a room before 3pm. Their kindness and concern was remarkable.
The hotel itself was wonderful- full of character and style and the location is superb- so close to the promenade but as I said before, it was the generosity of spirit that was outstanding.
I hope to come back some time in the future when my husband is fully recovered.
I will never forget the staff's kindness in my time of need.

No food in Garden. Cocktail bar closed on Monday night.
