I had a hospital appointment so it was a great location for us it was great valufor money

It was spotless it was in a great location

No tv or kettle in room we couldn’t use kitchen between 8pm and 8am as we like to have supper at 10 pm it didn’t suit

The bed could have been central to the room with bedside cabinets either side being age 74 and 66 it was a bit hard getting in and of bed with one side pushed against the wall Apart from that everything was perfect

Great location, very central. Room was well equipped, water in fridge and a kitchen with tea, plus toiletries in the shower etc.

A little bit of noise could be heard from other guests who were having a conversation until 2am/3am, I would recommend earplugs.

We liked the privacy and the independence of the space. The location is excellent since we can literally get everything here in a 500m radius.

The kitchen has an 8am to 8pm rule which we felt is ridiculous given how when we are travelling and we cannot have such a disciplined approach to cooking / cleaning up within that time. Futher , we felt extremely bad and uncomfortable for the person staying by the room (ROOM X) right next to the kitchen which made us feel uncomfortable to cook since any little movement would be very disturbing for them. Further there was not much of a welcome or anything. We just had to enter with a passcode and our request for an early check-in wasn't accommodated even though the room was very much available. The male voice on the phone was rather rude and direct. A little politeness couldn't hurt anyone. I would say it was an average stay. Not great. Not too bad either.

The property is in a rlly nice area, everything, including shops, restaurants, bus stops and train stations are 5 minutes walk away, but still in a quiet street. The property and the rooms are well and clearly organised and clean, with rlly nice interior design. Kitchen is also clean and organised with a coffee maker! Host is friendly and nice and provides clear checkin and checkout instructions. I really like this place, and highly recommend it!

The kitchen “should” only be used between 8 am and 8 pm in the evening. This is restrictive if you are on a business trip. But there are coffee bars nearby

Basic but good. No TV but comfy twin beds, desk to work at, good shower with shampoo etc. Access to a kitchen and teaa (but not milk or fridge). But just what I wanted and 10 min walk to West Pier Business Campus.

Usually expect a TV these days - but no problem.

Great stay in the center of Dun Laoghaire.

Great place to stay in Dun Laoghaire. Room is spacious and very clean as well as the common kitchen areas. We finally managed to get a parking which is very convenient and only 2 euros per day with the parking card provided. Great to have a mini fridge in the room.

Not tv in the room, but there are lot to do in the area so not that important.

Great little place in the centre of Dun Laoghaire near dart, shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable with nice toiletries, handy fridge and cartons of water supplied.

Convenient pied-à-terre in Dún Laoghaire.

Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Big (shared) kitchen. 2 nice outdoor seating areas. Once we got a parking space, the car was right outside the front door. Good WiFi.

It was a good and nice place. However, be prepared to be patient about finding a parking space. Or arrive later. Check with the host when is best time to search for parking. We went away (to eat) because there were no spaces. When we came back at around 7pm there were a couple of space. It is on-street parking.

Girls night

Lovely clean premises and so close to the centre of Dun Laoghaire.

The only thing I would say is, the bed was far too soft for me as I have back trouble, but that's just my preference.

Very enjoyable overall.

Room is cozy and has all necessary amenities. Quite clean as well. We never met the hosts, all doors had passwords so there was no need for hosts (some people prefer this but it's a little robotic if you prefer talking to people :p ), but they were very responsive on WhatsApp. It's a great location, only a minute away from the Dart. The place provided cheap parking discs as well.

The walls are thin so any noise from other rooms/hallway is heard in the room.

I would say I loved everything, I have to say I didn’t like that there was Coca Cola as the only drink provided, we should be boycotting companies like Coca Cola and have more ethical companies as there are many more alternatives.

Fabulous price, nice clean, centrally located facilities!

Loved the location (walking distance to harbor), $2 euros per day to park on the street, & the availability of the washing machines and dryers.

A bit noisy when others are going up and down stairs to check on their laundry (maybe a rubber piece under the doors to block this, but that could have been only the day we were there
