Beautiful rooms and great location.
Breakfast was excellent.
There was no heating in the room and it was 40 degrees (4.5 C) outside. It was seriously like an Icebox!!
Luckily there were two additional single beds in the room and we were able to use the bed covers from those too. When I mentioned this issue when checking out in the morning, the lady said one of the employees must have “flipped the switch” outside!!
Why is there a Heating On/Off control switch accessible to employees? Or is there a Property procedure to “turn off” the heating for the building at night?

Perfect location for what we wanted
The bathroom needed a bit of Maintanance eg unblock basin. Put shower door hinge on better.

Lovely ambience and a warm friendly welcome from the manager on duty (short blonde hair) was most welcome!
Parking
Had to keep an eye on street parking. Thought there might be an arrangement with local premises for parking. Everything else was spot on.

the location.
The breakfast room staff were nice.
bar staff were surly
The worst Irish coffee I have ever had.

I particularly enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, particularly Mark in the bar. The older man who took my check in needs to take lessons from some younger staff members
The beds were great but the pillows were awful and made sleeping difficult.

The room was nice and comfortable for my requirements. The breakfast was good. And staff I interacted with were very helpful and nice.
Only issue I had was the shower in the room, sometimes went off after turning on, and also I think it had an issue so the water flow wasn't great.

Everything…location, cleanliness, quietness, bar restaurant downstairs, staff were amazing, couldn’t help enough!
Everything was fabulous , but shower didn’t work very well, was cold, which was disappointing

This is a very nice, cozy hotel in the center of the small village within walking distance to everything in town. The hotel is over a pub/restaurant that has delicious dinners and plenty of life about it! Parking was easy to find across the street and check-in and out fast and pleasant!
Everything was fine. The hotel is a bit creaky, but that lends to its charm!

Meals were delicious, the staff were mostly charming and helpful. Once our bedroom warmed up, we had two very comfortable nights there.
The bedroom was stone cold when we arrived and the decor and sparse furnishing were disappointing. Our inclusive breakfast allowed only one item plus a drink off the menu which felt very penny pinching. The hotel has no parking facility, the nearest on road parking has to be paid for between 10.00 and 18,00 hours.

The room was large with nice seating and a view towards the river. Breakfast was very good. Not bad to have a pub downstairs.
It's right on the main route over the river, plenty of traffic sounds. Street parking is paid during business hours.

Nice location and downstairs is comfortable and pleasant
Poor value for money. Disappointed with the room. Cheap toiletries and plastic cups. We paid 205 Euros for the room and the bathroom was a cubby hole. Compared to other hotels where we have paid less and got so much more.

The breakfast was amazing.
The staff were very friendly.
Nice and calm location next to the water.
The night light in the bedroom made it hard to sleep as it was green and bright.
No parking or details of parking surrounding the hotel.

The bathroom was quite nice
Hi we're very unhappy with the Bridge Tavern I booked for my parents. We paid £245 for the deluxe family room, but on arrival they were given a standard double room which was listed at £164 at the time we booked it. The hotel said that booking through Booking.com didn't mean we'd get the room we wanted?? The manager then gave them a room with a single and a double bed. They had booked the Family room so they could push the 2 singles together for my mum, and to let my dad have the double as they both suffer with a bad back, a bad hip and arthritis so need their own beds. Can you please arrange the refund of the £81 difference we paid but didn't receive. The fried breakfast was extremely small and burnt!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, great dinner menu and spacious accommodation. Our deluxe room was clean, comfy and felt like a home from home. We loved our stay at this quaint and historic tavern in the heart of Wicklow.
For the hefty bed and breakfast rate we hoped for some hearty fare at breakfast time. Unfortunately, on our final day, we had to leave before breakfast service began at 8.30am (relatively late start). The “packed breakfast “ offered was rather disappointing. Doorstep cheese and ham sandwiches and cheese and onion crisps do not a breakfast make. We made do with a cereal bar, one apple and some water. This could be improved.

Location
We were not informed that there would be live music. We were in room 18 directly above the singer/ electric guitar- as loud as if we had been in the venue. Called down to see when it would finish- told 10:30- but went on untill 10.50 and the music continued untill 11:55. At 7:15 in the morning music from bar started. The room is totally unsuitable as sleeping accommodation since there is no sound proofing. Not a restful experience!

location for breakfast was great, looking over the river, and varied menu.
our room was like a prison cell. Frosted windows, that barely opened a sliver to reveal a dirty flat roof, so room had no fresh air, no view and was dungeon like. There was a fan provided in the room but it really didn't generate a puff of air. Hair dryer was noisy and i think borderline dangerous. extremely disappointing stay

Room was very spacious with three double beds. Room was well appointed. The staff were very helpful and the meals were generous.
Room was newly renovated. The entry door stuck and was difficult to open and close. The accommodation was about 250 metres from the Tavern and the breakfast area. Entry was at the top of one flight of a steep narrow staircase.

Good breakfast and evening meal. Staff attentive and room pleasant.
Hand basin seemed to be blocked as water only seeped away.

The location was fabulous. The food was terrific as were all the staff.
I am an oldie I guess and I wasn’t well but our room although delightful was directly above the bar and it felt like the musician was right in my room. It was so loud. I was unable to get any rest until he finished and the staff had cleaned up the bar. The noise carries right upstairs. So if sleep is your thing, ask for a room in another part of the hotel.
I would definitely come back to this hotel just ask to not be right above the bar is all. It really is a great hotel.

More staff should be on once we received our breakfast the girl never came nearby to top up our teas and coffee. Only one member of staff on the dining room.
Bathroom sink was leaking onto floor had to put a towel down to soak it as it was dangerous. Pillows and duvet are atrocious badly need an upgrade.
