Cosy and comfortable in a perfect location.

The owners met me at the property which gave me chance to ask questions. They gave me the keys and ensured my car was covered by the permit. They took the time to make sure I was happy with everything before my stay started. I loved the location, just minutes from the town centre.

There's nothing I didn't really like! It was a warm, cosy and comfortable home and had everything I could want and more, from a holiday rental.

Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, excellent kitchen, appliances and crockery. Very nice small outdoor area. The property owners went above and beyond to meet our requests. I would highly recommend it.

Exceptional

We had the pleasure at stopping at 37 Trinity Lane. It's an amazing place, in a great location with car parking right outside. It was a real home from home but better! Smeg appliances in the kitchen and a double bed which was so good I'm actually going to buy for my own house. We both agree it's the best place which we've had the pleasure of stopping at. We can genuinely say when we come back to beverley we will be stopping again! Great hosts nothing was to much trouble.

Wonderful place. Definite will stay there again

Everything about this lovely one bedroom flat was great. Suitable for a single traveler or a couple but not suitable for friends unless they don’t mind sharing one bed. Central and close to city center and attractions. Take away restaurants are very close. The owners are wonderful. Train station opposite the flat.

The staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom a bit narrow and steep. Not suitable for people with bad knees or large people.

The cottage is absolutely superb. It's quirky, beautifuly restored and has a gorgeous patio. Yummy welcome pack, incredibly clean and literally everything you'd ever need. Really close to shops, pubs and parks. Best holiday let we've ever stayed in. We'll be returning asap
