Lovely little cottage in a great location ✨️✨️

Lovely little cottage, perfect location for getting into town and to local amenities. Really attentive hosts who obviously take pride in their property. They live next door so are on hand to help if needed throughout your stay. Hosts are very quick at responding to messages too. Well thought out property with so much more than I had expected especially for such a reasonable cost. Fab to have a kitchen with air fryer, fridge freezer, induction single hob, microwave with all the utensils you need. Lovely decor making it feel really homely but also modern. Spotless and obviously really well looked after with information clearly on show for WiFi, heating and TV. I will definitely look to book again when I visit my Beverley friends in future. Thank you it was perfect for me to have a little weekend away to catch up with my friends.

The free parking isn't appropriate for a larger car. I have an S Max and the courtyard area that guests use for parking wasn’t big enough for it really. As I was staying there on my own I wouldn't have been able to come and go independently in the car as the host had to direct me in as it was really tight. However I did manage to park about 100ft away for free or there is a multi story over the road. It was fine for me but a note that the sprial staircase is very steep and narrow so not appropriate for those with mobility challenges. The shower is very small so just keep that in mind if you are of a larger frame as you may find it challenging comfortably showering.

Fabulous time nice and cosy fantastic location .

Fabulous location and a lovely little cottage . Bed was very comfortable and Andy the proprietor met us to let us in and left us to it . We had 2 nights and the location was less than a minute to the Minster . We parked right out side the cottage which was private . All times we felt safe and comfortable and had a lovely stay . Plenty of hot water and the heating was on and kept us nice and warm . Big tv on the wall and free wi fi . The stairs up to the bedroom was no problem at all. We will be back .

A great little place, with all the facilities you need to relax and enjoy your stay.

Location was pretty good, good instructions to how to find it through host messages prior to travel, which was greatly appreciated. Good facilities, cooking, TV and upstairs and downstairs toilets. Big Screen TV. USB charging sockets. Bed was comfy and got a good nights sleep.

Parking in the yard was a bit of a squeeze, to be honest, which if I had a bigger hire car, it would have been more difficult, but I did get it parked, thanks to the host on site giving me some advice, which was much appreciated. Suggest removing some of the plant pots in the yard, to try to make it a bit more accessible.

My stay was brilliant and Andrew the host was very welcoming and I definitely would stay there again.

I liked that it had everything you would ever need. For example, toiletries, hairdryer, ironing facilities and also cleaning supplies. It was a little home from home with a fabulous comfy bed. Also it was close to the train station and also the town centre.

There was a slight smell of sewerage on occasion but it did not impact my stay.

A weekend in Beverley

The location for Beverley centre was excellent. Host explained everything to us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed

Although we managed with the spiral staircase and the compact nature of the cottage it wouldn't suit everyone. Personally we loved it and will return.

Couldn't use shower after 2nd day due to leak which led to no lighting available 2nd night in lounge. No Internet available from 2nd day also so no tv.

Cute, quirky and perfect location.

As described, a small, cute, quirky cottage in perfect location of the beautiful Beverley. It was well presented, had everything you could need. The owners have done a very good job designing it. 2 pubs across the road, short walk to town centre with more shops, pubs, eateries. The property is only a few steps away from Flemingate shopping and Beverley Minster. Bonus of a private parking space. It's tight but we got our estate car in no problem as owner guided us in As per the advert and booking confirmation this property is not for those less mobile because of the spiral staircase but this is really clear in the property details prior to booking and at booking confirmation stage. Overall, a nice stay in ideal location.

Shower could have been cleaner. Also carpet in bedroom and rug downstairs could do with a hoover as there are bits allover. The throw on the sofa had little stains on. Could do with washing. Sorry!

Small and charming cottage, perfect for short visit

The property is a very well decorated and maintained property. It is small but charming. Perfect location for visiting the centre of town but still quiet enough for a restful time. A small outdoor area but it wasn’t the season to enjoy that. Owner was super helpful. Excellent value for money and the kitchen allowed us to self cater for part of the visit

Getting into the parking spot is tricky but the owner was very helpful. Mp,us getting free parking in the oldest part of town is really, really helpful

Just right - lovely little find and we’d love to return.

This is a perfect location and a great little place. Property is compact but has everything we needed and more - a lot of thought has gone into the equipment provided. Lovely decor - previous reviews may have been a little negative towards the size but we found it to be just fine. The spiral stairs are sturdy and a little snug but not really a problem.

Nothing we disliked at all. The parking was a little snug and anything bigger than a Ford Puma may be a challenge (depending on your driving skills!) but for us it was just right.

With minor exceptions a good property with everything you need and some thoughtful extras too.

The location and parking availability were very good. The property was very clean with the exception of the ledge outside the bottom of the shower door which was grubby. However Inside the shower cubicle was spotless. Although space was very limited upstairs there were plenty of hooks and ledges to put toiletries etc.

The duvet was far too warm for summer. The toilet seats were unstable. The lock on the door to the property needs attention.

Lovely cottage, beautiful setting. But a bit too compact for us.

Welcoming host. Beautiful setting. Modern self contained cottage. Had all amenities that we required, kettle, toaster etc as well as towels and toiletries provided for.

Very compact. Unfortunately it was too small for us. ( My partner is 6ft 3" and couldn't fit in the shower) We couldn't have stayed for more than 2 nights. The spiral staircase is very narrow and trying to park in the allocated space is quite difficult if you have a larger car.
