Very well equipped property, had everything you needed to cater for a family. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely laid out, we used the front bedroom, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Parked right outside (a parking permit had been arranged) and walked everywhere, the property is only 10/15 mins walk into the centre with plenty of eating places. We did not meet Sandra only spoke on the phone but she was quick to respond and had left us with milk and a bottle of wine which was gratefully received.
The only negative point was the back yard it could do with a little tlc, we did use it as the weather was lovely.

The location was brilliant. The host Sandra was so accommodating to us with check in due to us going to a wedding. House is very spacious.
We were not there long enough to enjoy everything the house and Beverley had to offer but we will be back.

Quiet location close to Flemingate shops,high street & station,Minster.
Well equipped property. Lots of extras such as milk, cereal,tea etc.
Sandra was available (phone) to sort a small issue that I had with washing machine-prompt response.
Appreciated throws on sofa as a little chilly while I was there.
Not too keen on spiders (by & in cupboard underneath stairs & by bin) or the tiny little flies constantly appearing in bathroom sink....
The blinds in the bedrooms could do with replacing as you can't close them(curtains were good) could do with a bit of paint/plaster repair in places....all minor points,that wouldn't prevent me from staying again.

I would go back and definitely recommend.
