Comfortable, convenient, cosy home.

Great location - 5 minutes walk to railway station,10 minutes walk to town/minster/beck. Plenty of space.Well equipped and comfortable. Some nice little touches were welcoming. Easy check-in.

Tile grouting in bathroom a little black in places.

Spacious, clean and comfortable house. Plenty of clean towels, nice decor, comfy bed Short walk into town which was ideal.

Although I had messaged stating what time we were arriving the house was cold and heating wasn’t on. Although it didn’t take long once the heating was on but it would have been nice to have been already warm. Struggled with parking

Absolutely beautiful home, anything you needed for a short or long stay was available! Finish touches of the house to make it feel a home was thought of! Very comfortable stay!

Great place to stay with excellent Christmas shopping, warm and cosy, very clean.

The cottage was really well located to access all areas of Beverley. On the end of a quiet urban road with parking straight outside and next to good dog walking areas. Very clean with well equipped kitchen, everything you could need. Loads of towels and enjoyed watching the Netflix films. Lovely bottle of wine and range of condiments left which is a real treat.

The boiler is in the back bedroom which was noisy at times , got used to it by end of stay

Lovely and clean, Sandra was an amazing host. Master suite bed extremely comfortable. Nice Lovely with a complementary bottle of wine (sometimes keeps the other half happy).

I liked everything, the only thing I would recommend is a TV in the kitchen/diner and master bedroom

Beautiful house perfect location only stayed for 1 night wish it was longer. Main bed was very comfy and spacious had to drag the wife out of it to go home.

Lovely stay.

Great kitchen space lots of room and pleanty of seats, lovely outdoor courtyard that we made use of due to the nice weather, large beds, toiletries provided, cosy lounge for an evening.

It's not a major thing, but there was no aerial for downstairs TV, meaning we couldn't use it unless we had our own Netflix. Netflix that was given the profile we had to use did not work and was blocked. Luckily, we had our own to use.

The large front bedroom bed was too soft for me. I don’t usually get asked to strip beds.

Great location, excellent value for money, good communication form host, before n during our stay

Great communication from the proprietor, Sandra, throughout. Great facilities and very roomy dining room / kitchen. Parking was directly outside of house, which was free. Only a short 5 min walk to the Flemingate Shopping Centre and 15mins to the heart of town. Excellent value for money.

Great property for stay in East Yorkshire

Kitchen/ Dining room layout very good and house well equipped. Owner also arranged guest parking permit for our stay. Easy walking distance from centre of Beverley.

Having a single bathroom including the toilet on the ground floor took a little managing with a group of friends.

Excellent House

One of the best equipped homes we've stayed in. Lovely touches like a bottle of wine, sweets and biscuits. Tea and coffee available and emergency supplies. Pasta, oil, salt and pepper. Everything was very clean it was a proper home from home. Easy parking and a great entry system. Highly recommend.

Wifi wasn't great and TV buffered a lot. But this is a very minor point.

Fab, hope Sandra is still letting when we next want to stay - if it's not booked up!

Clean, comfortable, warm, rooms are a good size, dressing table in main bedroom, plenty of space in wardrobe, allowed a dog, yard with table and chairs (nice on a sunny day, airer to hang towels to dry, parking, nice area, short walk into town. Sandra was very helpful prior to our visit.

Nice House for a short stay

The house was very spacious with easy access, host was very informative and helpful, in fairness this was only an overnighter for us after a family wedding, so it did the job. Arrived at 11.30pm and was gone by 10am. If you need a cheap overnight stay for 6 people, this house is a no brainer, cheap. But remember there is only one bathroom so get up early.

Issues with parking as we arrived late, so most of the road spaces were full, we found somewhere in the end, no fault of the host, but near this in mind if you are arriving late at night, there is a back yard to park in, if you have a small car. House could do with a lick of paint in the hallway. but for the cost you can't complain.

A fab property at a great value

The house was perfectly located for a 10 minute walk into Beverley and was absolutely value for money. The house was furnished like a home from home, cosy and warm with a large kitchen table for 5 of us to sit around. Little touches like teabags meant we didn't need to buy too many things to take with us. We also struggled to find it at first (misunderstanding on my part) and the host actually came out to show us where to go. Beds were very comfy with fab pillows. Towels were soft. Parking was easy with a permit arranged by the host. A fab little find that we'll definitely consider using again!
