The only small problem was at the top of the stairs before you entered the flat there was a hole in the ceiling and after rain on one of the nights water came in and made the carpet on the stairs very wet and also smelt a bit damp, but apart from that a very nice apartment.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Beverley
Location was perfect for us for a wedding in Beverley, it's a 10 min walk to the center. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Alan was a very nice host and acted immediately when we had a small issue with the heating that shouldn't have been on (previous tenants messed with it).
Cleanliness was not at the top, there were cobwebs on the less used spaces (under the dressing table eg).
