Perfect location for exploring Beverley town centre.

Good communication with the accomodation manager, Paul.
The property was advertised as having 3 bathrooms and this is not true. However, there is:
One upstairs bathroom, with shower over bath.
One ensuite, with shower only, in the master bedroom, upstairs.
One downstairs toilet.
The advertising should be correct, and should show a floor plan along with all the photos.
I hope this listing is soon corrected.

Brilliant accomodation. Everything you could need. Free parking. Very comfortable beds. one bathroom as well as an en suite. Good TV with access to all apps. Easy to get in the house. All appliances you need are available. Paul is a fantastic host

We had a lovely stay! The place was clean, warm, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. My elderly parents said they felt completely at home and were able to relax before and after attending our family function, which meant a lot to us. Everything was well set up and convenient. The only small issue was that my mattress in the twin room wasn’t the most comfortable, but no one else had any complaints. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Maybe a better welcome pack of basic foodstuffs and drinks. Also the promised bedding for the sofa bed wasn’t available.
The house was very good for 4 people but I think having 8 people would be a squeeze.

In walking distance of Beverley town centre and the electric car charging post was a great bonus.
2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo were great too. It was also in a quiet area, so no noise for the children getting to sleep. Having a garden was good also.

Spacious and well appointed house with parking for two cars. Warm and cosy in cold weather, hope we can return in the summer and open the patio doors onto the garden and dine outside. Perfect location, quiet but close to train station, Beverley Minster and a short walk from the shops and cafes. Tranquil walks along the Beckside, just around the corner. Host Paul exceptionally helpful, really appreciated his support when our plans had to change

The sofa isn't very comfortable, but that's probably down to high usage.. The bed didn't look made, and the bed linen was crumpled, though clean.There were too many email notifications before and during our 2 night stay..

Easy to use lock system. 3 toilets, bonus.
Living room lack of plug space and lighting, one lamp, one plug space, no room to plug anything extra, not very functional as a living room. Shelf/table attached to wall insecure.
The pictures and canvasses on the wall are not nice to look at...living and dining area don't feel homely, cozy or inviting.
No oven gloves in kitchen.
No sponges or dishwasher tablets
Some pans and cooking utensils had dust, dirt & dried food on them.
Paper plates left in kitchen drawer and dead bugs on them.
Single room next to double, bed base moved side to side.
Ensuite bathroom sink and toilet not secure to the wall.

Comfortable house with good central heating. The house is well appointed and is only a short walk to the town with what seemed like loads of pubs and restaurants. Also close to friends the main reason for our visit.

Lovely house on a quiet cul de sac. It was exceptionally clean, nice lounge, dining room and kitchen. Great base for our short break. Parking for two cars. Lovely enclosed private garden with table and chairs. Short walk (10-15 minutes) into Beverley. Paul the owner texted to ask if we needed anything and to make sure it had been cleaned properly. Key code easy to use to get into the property.
