Excellent. Our happy place.

Excellent location. Extremely clean. Graeme (host) was helpful and responsive as always. This was our fourth stay at this appartment in Beverley.

The flat was on the cold side but we sorted that out with the heating selector.

Location, Location, cleanliness, equipment, it was very comfortable, very modern apartment and appliances

The pillows, I know its only personal taste but they were far too thin for us. No Security light for the bottom section of the outside stairs, Dangerous at night

We had a really enjoyable stay. We would recommend the property and visit again.

Good directions and car parking at the property. Very clean and comfortable with calm modern decor. The situation was great: we were able to walk into town to explore the historic centre, Tesco and Mark’s and Spencer were in easy walking distance. It was easy to explore Filey, Hornsea, and Hull from Beverley.

The steps were a little slippery after rain, though there was a good handrail.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Beverley

The apartment is located in the centre of Beverley, a short level walk to the shops and amenities. To have a designated parking spot is an added bonus and makes travelling around the area very convenient. The apartment is on the first floor - may be a little difficult for people with mobility problems - but it is very comfortable and is well equipped. Our host was very pleasant and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment represents very good value for money and we would recommend it to others

Great location

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, private parking very convenient. The location is perfect to get around the central area of Beverley, but remaining quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend. The external flight of steps to the apartment were easily accessible but would cause an issue for disabled guests. Overall a must visit, friendly and informative communication from Graeme the host. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future

The apartment is so well designed and furnished to a high quality, very modern standard. Everything that you need to make your stay comfortable is provided and easily accessible. The apartment is super clean and fresh.It is in a fabulous location, the centre of Beverley, so most amenities are within walking distance. Check in runs smoothly and the apartment feels secure. Graeme is a super owner. He was very supportive and responsive. It truly is an exceptional apartment and deserves all the positive reviews it generates.

A very comfortable, relaxing stay in a great property.

The property was very clean and tidy. It was very convenient to the town and had the added bonus of parking.

The approach to the property (steps) was somewhat off putting as they needed some attention to the non slip coating. However once through the door, the property was very comfortable and well maintained.

An ultra-modern oasis in an ancient town

The apartment has the most perfect location - just a quick walk around the corner to the Saturday Market and a range of restaurants and shops, a large supermarket around the corner in the other direction, and a few minutes' walk from the Minster. The modern high-tech equipment and minimalist decor of the apartment are a fun contrast to the ancient buildings that surround the Mews, and although it has a bit of a 'bachelor pad' atmosphere it is also very comfortable. We did struggle with the wifi which was patchy and dropped out a bit at first, but when we plugged the modem in to the powerpoint we had no more problems.

The bathroom door is a bit modesty-challenging, as mentioned in other reviews, but we got around that by one of us closing either the bedroom or living room door when the other person was using the facilities. :)

Fantastic modern 1 bedroom apartment, perfectly located in the centre of Beverley with free parking provided. The apartment had everything you need, was very plush and clean and Graeme the host was extremley helpful and we will certainly be staying there again next time we visit Beverley.

Great location, but a little difficult to find (Cul de sac) just next to The Dog and Duck. Only about 100yards from the Market Square.

The stairs leading up to the Flat (I have a bad back), but should be easy for a fully fit person. My wife and I found the bed a little small: we are used to a King size. Just nit picking - sorry!

No bread knife in the kitchen for cutting loaves. The area has so many lovely bread shops, which we indulged in, but then discovered the lack of a serrated bread knife in the kitchen to cut them. It was a minor problem however in an otherwise perfect property.

Fantastic location

Great apartment in a fantastic location! Literally in the town centre. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. Comfortable and clean. Very smart with a great modern bathroom. Very good value for money. Great to have a safe parking place. Host Graeme was friendly and helpful, responding to messages very quickly.

An amazing property in the Centre of Beverley

This property is amazing, everything you need and more - the owner’s attention to detail of items available is super. From the Wi-fi & wine fridge to the utensils and cleaning product everything has been thought of . Location is perfect, your own parking space next to property. Clean, modern, comfortable even the towels smell great - best little place we have stayed at.

A superb apartment in a beautiful East Yorkshire Town.

An exceptional property, very modern with key pads to operate window blinds and a shower which gave written instructions (keep your glasses on!) All very clean and centrally placed for the town centre. It also has its own parking spot which was much appreciated. We were made to feel very welcome . There were extras in the cupboards and fridge which were useful. We had some difficulty getting souns on some of the TV channels but our hosts were very quick to help and appreciated us letting them know of the difficulty. We come to Beverley most years to sing and hopefully we can come back here next year.

Not a complaint- a comment. There are stairs up to the apartment so those with mobility issues should be aware of the situation.
