The apartment was very handy both for walking into Beverley (for shopping, dinners and drinks) and for access to routes out to the coast and other interesting places. The bed was very comfortable and we were supplied with everything we'd need in the kitchen.
Tiny details, none of which spoiled our stay. The tv had problems with reception and the host's Netflix account wasn't accessible (so we read our books...) We, personally, prefer a shower over a bath so used the upstairs bathroom, but slept downstairs. The stairs were both steep and narrow (to both floors) which we knew about - it was a little tricky getting up and down with luggage but this wouldn't put us off rebooking.

The location was excellent both for walking into town and also ideally positioned to walk to the racecourse. There was a stunning amount of space and kitchen facilities were great.
If I had to put a downside it was the steepness of the steps up to the 2nd floor bedroom although we did get used to it after a few attempts. It wouldn’t put us off booking again though!

Beautifully kept apartment in fabulous location. Very impressive deco. Spotlessly clean. Full range of utilities. Loved our stay & would highly recommend & return.
Stairs a little bit tricky to negotiate. Temperature in shower difficult to adjust. But not a problem for us - >70’s!!!! 😂

The area
using the grill in the cooker causes the electrics to overload so not usable. A few niggles that we have made the landlord aware of
