Location, very clean, good facilities. Great food in tge pub downstairs.

Water went off for a couple of hours. Originally descrbed as a flat, but no lounge area, just a front door to all individual lockable rooms. No tv in large family bedroom.

Could not fault the property. Amazing size, beds huge and comfortable, more than enough bathrooms, facilities and location fantastic. Supermarket, bars and cafes on the doorstep

Only issue was use getting into the property but that was just us being thick.

Ideal location. Handy having the pub downstairs

Two of the single were located so they were only really suitable for kids/shorter guests

2nd time this year stopping here . Fabulous apartment lots room & good kitchen area - milk, tea bags & coffee etc all included. Checking in & communication was great. Staff we spoke to were lovely & helpful.

The mattresses on the beds were not great

Apartment was exceptional, very spacious and fun layout, had everything and was surprisingly quiet. Staff very friendly and pub below was great and atmospheric. Town was lovely and up market.

Bit short of parking.

The staff were freindly, the pub was nice. the beds were comfy and the robes were a nice bonus. Clean.

the property is misleading, unsure whether this is the owner or bookings fault. we were a mum and two daughters on a quick nights stay for a cowboy event, we booked and on our booking it stated we had booked the 'whole apartment' which sleeps up to 12, it was very expensive for the night £250 for three without breakfast, we were told someone was in room 2. so we def didn't get the whole apartment like we were told. Its the top of the pub, up two staircases, and is an old building which is beautiful, but just five rooms each with seperate locked doors, the master has a toilet seperate to the shower with not very much space for manouevering, it was quite cold, and there was no tv, and we didn't have use of the full apartment sleeping 12, so for £250 we got a master suite between 3 adults, with no facilities for tea etc, these are outside of the room, and limited with no milk etc.. it isn't very clear how to get in after the pub closes either. It would of been much cheaper for us to stop at the premier inn for 89 including breakfast. the apartment is probably suitable to a large group of 12 but is abosultey not worth it for 3 adults, especially when even though we didn't need all five rooms that is what we paid to book. The breakfast was 6/10 I would say, hash browns over cooked and egges over easy which is not everyone's taste. it was expensive for 3 breakfasts 43.95 when we paid 250 for the night. wouldn't return but can see why it would be a good stop over for a group going to the races etc. However a mum and two daughter trip we def were mis sold.
